Im a client at medmark for years , Allen he not even my counselor yet he goes out of his way to help me , also even giving me and my husband advice about my husbands health , That means alot . Thanks Allan
Also, can’t forget Mrs.Donna she’s been there longer than myself and I don’t know how she does it but she members my number half the time I don’t member ?{ I’m kidding} but she’s there with a smile thru all the weather and storms that walk thru Medmark’s doors , Katt what can I say Kat puts a smile on my face even when I don’t want to smile not my counselor but still advises ???????????????????? Serena keep up the good work??????

This medical supply store is well stocked with a good selection of medical supplies and has reasonable prices. The young lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me select a walker that fit my needs. If you are needing something for yourself or for a family member give this place to try. You will be glad you did..

I called the store around 1:00pm on Saturday July 15th and inquired about a wheelchair repair. The male who answered the phone was helpful and said he would be able to repair the wheel as long as he had the parts and could determine that once I brought it in. I stated I would be there shortly. I arrived an a women approached and I explained I had called regarding a wheelchair repair. She stated we haven't had a repair person in over 6 months. I said I called and spoke to a male, that stated he could look at the chair for repair. She looked perplexed, so I took my phone out and verified the number. She stated yes that's our number must have been my son trying to be helpful. Well clearly it wasn't helpful to me the customer, who brought the chair to the store. It was an inconvenience, I gave 3 stars because she did apologize. I needed the repair done that day so the chair could travel with my mother whose 84. I was able to get the wheelchair serviced at Thrifty Medical Supply in Castro Valley on Redwood rd

It sure would be nice if someone could actually answer the phone and not hang up, 3 times in a row. If you are busy, take a message!!!!! Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best place to buy power lift chairs/recliners. They carry good variety and their prices are much lower than the other stores in the Bay area. Their service is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure sales. Many other stores we checked in south Bay were way over priced and lacking any noticeable customer service. These guys made sure that this was the right fit and addressed all possibilities to get the right color match etc; no one else at other stores including the ones with high positive reviews, took those steps to satisfy the customer (they were only interested in selling their stuff).Their delivery is also great and are very friendly to address any questions and issues promptly; something that is lacking in other similar stores we checked.

We went here because my husband was shopping around for a secondary wheel chair. The staff (it was a lady who helped us) was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the only thing they really had was transfer chairs and not actual wheel chairs in stock. They only had one on display. I think it was for sale I am not sure. Also no specialty colors for the wheel chairs except the transfer ones. We asked about delivery and there was not that many options available. This place is basically a cash and carry outlet where you pay and then haul away yourself. They don't work with insurance - I asked. She told me if insurance approves and you submit a receipt of the cost they will reimburse you through your medical provider. Store was organized and clean just did not find much of anything in here so we will continue to shop around.

They had a location at 53 R3RD AVENUE, SAN MATEO. They closed it; but they keep it open on internet, on YELP etc...Every day people come to San Mateo and search for them....This is an irresponsible business...

They had a location at: Mateo Medical Market 53 W 43rd Ave San Mateo, CA 94403 They closed this location 2 years ago but, they never closed on google, yelp, yellow pages, white pages... Every day people come to this address and look for them... Very irresponsible company...

Worse customer service ever. Just told if I didn’t buy a wheelchair from here he wouldn’t want to waste his time helping me per the owners guidance.slightly out of context but not far off as he walked away not even trying to want to engage a simple conversation. He said I am taking it personally, well yeah!?! I suppose I should take my business elsewhere...no problem cause I know other businesses that would love to help me. Bye Felicia!

Very grateful to Marcos for taking the time to make a rapid repair to my mother's wheelchair back handles. He identified that there was a manufacturer's defect, and made an immediate improvement with a tool he had despite the fact the chair was purchased at another company that had since shut down. Also refused to charge me for it! Excellent customer service.

They got very good service and very good prices they will price it in the lowest price it in a big area and it they don’t have it they were help you look it up and see if they could get the item what do you want or tell you where to go

Unfortunately, the person who works here full-time can be very rude and unprofessional to some customers. It is a shame because he can be helpful. But I have had two negative experiences with him. The store itself is great.
