I brought my car in for a maintenance check on my Honda CRV. Savannah was quick to assist and helped me get my car into service. Hayward Honda quickly finished my car's oil change and routine checkup within 1.5 hours. This was quicker than the 4 hours wait I had when I brought my car into Honda San Leandro for a simple oil change... So that is a major plus! When I picked up my car, Savannah was helpful enough to quickly walk me through the inspection with detail. Break pad rating, tire thread rating, fluid levels, etc. It was helpful for me to understand how to better care for my car. With my experience dealing with Honda, Savannah went out of her way to explain each inspection point with me.

Review for Honda Service. I came here for the first time for an oil change and general maintenance. Savannah helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I'll definitely come back again for maintenance. Compared to the 2 LA Honda dealerships I went to, this dealership is more organized and professional. After my appointment, they asked if I wanted to change my engine and dashboard filter for $195 but I ended up saving that for the future. Tip: make an appointment through phone call instead of their website

Omar and Aziz are absolutely amazing! Came in to buy a new car and their customer service beyond exceeded expectations. My husband and I were welcomed immediately and offered a warm coffee. I came in knowing what I had my eye on and they made sure to accommodate every detail I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here, this is my second time purchasing from this location and I can't rave about my experience enough!

We have visited Hayward Honda multiple times, this last time we met Bong Benitez. From the very beginning we were greeted with his delightful welcoming smile and tantalizing eyes. We have bought many cars before but our experience with Bong Benitez was different, he didn't feel like a normal car salesman because he was very helpful from the start and he would listen to us first and offer suggestions and other options. He even jumped in front of the oncoming traffic to help stop the cars from hitting our vehicle because my wife took a wrong turn. He also helped us set up our auto payment so we would not miss a single payment. So far we have visited the Hayward Honda dealership five times and each time he would take his time explaining to us the things we didn't understand. Again, Bong Benitez was very helpful even after we bought the car him. Like what I said, Bong Benitez didn't feel like a normal car salesman, not only was he helpful before and during the purchasing transaction he was very helpful after the transaction (not like other car salesman from previous experience that would brush me off after the sale is done) Unbeknownst to me, the reason why he probably wasn't a typical car salesman, he later told me that he is also a realtor and licensed mortgage loan officer. Kudos to him working at Hayward Honda and doing real estate and loans. God bless him for being a big help to us. God bless Hayward Honda. 100% we refer this business to our friends and family.

SALES REVIEW ONLY* I had set my mind on a 2024 CRV Honda Hybrid and contacted multiple Honda's in the Bay Area. I did end up purchasing from Hayward Honda because of Ferdinand 'Bong'. Initially, a rep from Hayward Honda had contacted me and I went down twice. I don't know what he thought, but he wasn't taking me seriously and wasn't willing to negotiate the price and I felt he was trying to upsell me. I don't know if it was the fact I was a woman car shopping or what, but I did not enjoy that experience. (If you want his name, message me) Ferdinand 'Bong' reached out to my father and sold us on a great deal solely over the phone. We went on the same day and honestly, 15/10 experience working with him. He listens and tries to get you the best deal, which he did for us. He's also welcoming and doesn't talk down to you, which I appreciate. He understood we were here to take a car home and worked his magic. Highly recommend going to him for your car purchase. 4 stars because of my initial experience, I think everyone should be taken seriously when purchasing a car and should not be ripped off.

I had to write a review for Alex because my service today was exceptional! My AC wasn't working properly the past couple days, so I brought my car into Honda. I admit I was a bit worried about what the bill would be so I second guessed bringing it in. Thankfully, Alex is awesome at his job and checked if my car was still under warranty and it was due to an extension I didn't even know about! I really appreciated Alex taking the time to do this extra step because I've heard horror stories of other dealerships just looking to make a quick buck instead of looking out for their customers' best interests. Alex is truly a life and wallet saver--I admire his customer service and hard work very much. My AC is now working perfectly and thanks to Alex, it was all covered by the warranty I wasn't aware I had. I've only had positive experiences thus far at Hayward Honda and I think that's because their employees care so much about their customers. Exhibit A: Alex. Exhibit B: Savannah, who is another amazing service advisor that I have worked with in the past, that I saw working extra hard today with her customers! Everyone left with smiles.

We needed a new Honda and reached out to several dealerships in the East Bay. Hayward Honda had the best customer service and offered the best price. Ron was wonderful to deal with. He was very kind, professional, and patient with us, and answered our many questions. The whole shopping experience at Hayward Honda was terrific from beginning to end. Everybody was really nice to us. And, of course, we love the Honda Civic that we drove off the lot! We highly recommend getting your Honda at the Hayward Honda dealership. Ask for Ron. He's absolutely wonderful.

Very happy with Robert in the service department he was very helpful with my oil change and tire replacement. He has very good customer service and blue eyes. They were less than 2 hours and had very high quality tea in the lobby.

Thank you Honda Hayward team for working their butts off to make sure I went home with my new Honda Pilot the same night. My dream team was Roger, Omar, Aziz and Sean. They provided excellent customer service and stayed way passed their operation hours to ensure I drove home with the car. Their service team always takes good care of me as well. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This review is for the Service Department and long overdue. I purchased my 2020 Honda Accord from here and it was a great experience. Ever since then, I been taking my car to Hayward Honda to get service. I usually make an appointment and upon my arrival, I am greeted by the service advisor who is always friendly and professional and genuinely interested in helping me with my vehicle, they have all been great. Today I was greeted by Savannah and she continued with the great customer service at their new dealership. The mechanics again did a great job and Savannah went over all their findings and recommendations once my car was done. She was very thorough and helpful. Knock on wood, I hope their customer service and work does not change. Thank you to the entire team for providing great service and work.

Came by yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. My advisor was Alex A. He was awesome and got everything done quickly, but he also took the time to answer any questions and go through important points. Much more pleasant experience than I have had in the past and he went above and beyond! Great job!
