I've been to Hayward Color several times, and each time the staff was helpful. Whether in answering questions, or matching paint, these guys are top tier. 5/5 will continue to go back for car painting supplies

I called to get a price on a spray can, gave the guy the color code and he quotes me 30 dollars. I went to the store the next day and a lady tells me that the price is 35+ tax. I stayed silent seen if she would honor that price, no way Jose. Now a days people get burn for a couple of dollars.

I went in to purchase some paint and I felt the young man with long hair didn't want to help me. He seemed unfriendly and I got negative Vibes from him. I called in and asked for paint and when I am went in to ask about it, it gives me a blank stare. This is my first time here and maybe it was because of who I am, I was the one that asked all the questions. He didn't even want to know what I wanted to buy. He gave me an attitude when I paid in cash. I'll stick to San Leandro color

I called Hayward Color for a specialty paint a month or so ago for a new customer. I was able to get the information that I needed (price and availability) so that I was able to give a quote. Fast forward a month or so and I got the job. I called up Hayward Color and they were able to get the paint I needed within a day. After picking up the paint and getting it back to my shop, turns out I messed up and got the wrong. I called back and they had correct paint. They let me exchange it without any hassle. During my time on the phone with them and while in the store, I was able to observe their patience and customer service. Dealing with people can be troublesome but they were nice, friendly and service orientated. So for that, they get my 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

this guys are not pro to make match colors, i tried them 3 times, always in matched paint. anytime i bought paint from ebay was much better. tnx
