I brought my car here on 8/19/2024, for a wash to get it cleaned up and needless to say I will not be bringing my vehicles here again!!
Before going into the machine they used a big broom on it without properly spraying the car down...
The result??? There are scratches ALL OVER MY CAR...

I would recommend everyone to go to this car wash. It's off of Jackson St in Hayward. Different prices to fit you and it only takes minutes. They do a very good job. I just had 2 cars washed there this morning.

Gave this place a second try but same issue as my first. I asked for interior/exterior and when i got my car back I could still see fingerprints on my dashboard and my doors. I had wrappers clearly visible on the 2nd row and in the 3rd row it didnt look like they even tried to do vacuum. My shifting gear was still dirty. I saw when they opened my trunk to vacuum it but when I checked it looked the same to (untouched) I did my best to remove big pieces of garbage and also folded my seats beforehand so it wouldnt be hard for them but I just wasted my time and money.

This place uses rough towel to dry your car not a micro fabric, the texture is almost like the usual towel you used after shower. The cluster cover and the plastic around my radio panel got scratches after they clean my car from using rough towel. They also scratch the paint but they touched it up. I only noticed it when I wash the car after few weeks. They rush the service that they don't vaccum the interior well enough.
Update:
Just want to add to the reply of Hayward Car Wash. I'm a grown man, I know what my car paint and panels appearance before and after. Second, my car is only 4 mos old, it's a brand new car. Instead of trying to resolve the situation you making it sounds like your customer is stupid. That's why your Google rating is poor. I examined SOME of your 5 star rating and SOME of it is fake 5 star rating. Meaning it's an inside job 5 star rating.

Don’t even bother with this place. They’re very unprofessional. Their website shows that they’re open till 6 PM. We showed up at 5:10 PM and they said they were closed. The website isn’t updated. They do not value their Customers time and need to start running this business as a business and not as a flea market.
Update:
It is Friday 12 PM. And I am here right now and it appears to be closed. See photos attached. I drive from Castro Valley to this place. This is my second time within the last week that I’ve wasted more than 30 minutes.. Their hours are not correct. They operate this business as if it’s a flea market. If they continue doing this, they’re gonna go out of business quick.
Jonny - it was not pour raining, photos show it. Yes it was sprinkling here and there, still not sure why you would not provide other services such as interior vacuuming and cleaning inside cars? Or at the very list head on over to your google listing and update that particular day’s hours so people are not wasting time.

Over priced for a hand wash! $70 dollars just for the outside of the car. When I questioned the associate he said it was the cost of water. The place is a rip off and the associate was unprofessional and rude. Thumbs down in my book! I will not recommend this wash facility to anybody I know.
