Q with Hayward Alignments has done both of my cars 99ls400 and 2005 ls430 -and both have came out amazing. I trust his judgement on all suspension issues. Super solid shop hands down - get your car done here !!

Quang was great, explained and made recommendations to get my alignment better. The low profile rack is great for lowered vehicles. Took care of the vehicle and got it driving better. Will be back once I make the recommended upgrades. Waiting area has video games too, great if you're waiting on the vehicle.

I was recommended to come to Hayward Alignments by a friend. I’m from the South Bay and I traveled an hour to come to this shop. Now, I’m going to be the one to highly suggest this shop to my friends, family and canyon cutting buddies. Whether you’re on lowering springs, airbags or riding on your frame, Hayward Alignments can help you out, they have low clearance racks. This is a small, owner-operator shop with nice seating and free arcades. They had me out in 40 min and the rate was extremely reasonable. Thanks guys ✌️

I take my 2 track/drift cars here. Quang is very precise and will match all your camber caster +toe to the dot. Other shops will say a .0x difference is ok and unnoticeable, never had that happen here. Charges a pretty fair rate for a 1 man shop as well.

Very nice guy. My car had something else wrong with it, he worked on my car for an hour before giving up. Told me what was wrong and recommended a shop that could fix the problem. Didn't change me for the aligning since it couldn't be done. I still wanted to pay him for his work so he wrote it up as an inspection, only $30.When I get it fixed I'll definitely buy back for the alignment.

Clean, well maintained and super knowledgeable and professional. I came in for alignment without appointment, 1/2 hr later I was out the door and the tech even took notice of my traction off light on my 4runner and resolved it. Super cool of him to check on something which wasn't his responsibility...told all my friends and family bayarea to go here....

Quang is the man. I had my 2008 Toyota Camry alignment after I had my tires replaced. Fast, friendly, and honest service. Will definitely use Hayward Alignments when I need my alignments done.

I chose this location going solely by the online reviews, turned out to be misleading. Sincerely first encounter was ok, then returned with my other car few days later to get things checked up. One would expect much more loyalty to an established customer. No way. Man suddenly turned out so rude, so aggressive, I felt so disrespected. No reasonable explanation could validate such a dumb act. Got a decent tech next door who fixed my vehicle issue without much ado. Hopefully he’ll learn emotional intelligence someday and treat customers equally. So terribleRE:Your response here is laughable and confirms you are unapologetic and unprofessional. Everyone want to look good online. After all of my efforts for a resolution which you arrogantly declined, including chasing me out of your store and hanging up the phone. I’ll save you any more embarrassing details and it’s not even worth my time. You do your business. Peace
