I had a great experience, I called them day of and they happened to have their 1-year-warranty battery in stock. I went in and was in and out in about 90 minutes. Alejandro was helpful figuring out my options, and helpful in their little lobby (w/ Wifi).

I went in to see about getting my hybrid battery replaced, but the diagnostic showed that the battery was fine! Now I know I dont need a new hybrid battery :)
