Got to park a million miles from drop, the lot is busy , your not supposed to use the neighbors shopping carts , one particular annoying lady at GW makes you do, in my mind their job--sort donation stuff...like way too difficult for a DONATION!!!!

I have been to this thrift shop a few times. It is next to a 99 cent store on Hesperian Blvd. I highly recommend going to 99 cent store first to see if they carry what you are looking for and/or dd's down the street on Hesperian. Goodwill thrift products are priced higher or the same and no returns accepted unless electronic. Under the umbrella of non profit executive salaries are in the six figures. Yes with the donations received they do train community people with health issues and pay minimum wages. Do they provide medical and dental plans? Now that would impress me. I understand there is an accountability board, however, I believe it responds to the executives. You may want to donate to a better balance non profit organization like the Salvation Army.

My first time here.I went in to make a donation. I had not finished parking when I had a very rude lady screaming from inside the store to park in the parking lot. To say less I will be donating to Non Profits who have better customer service.

I am going thru a major decluttering in my life. I have a lot of good stuff that I want to give away to Goodwill. However, their drop-off is not helpful. They want you to carry your items. I have decided to just throw the stuff away instead.

Clearly, if you are a charity, the least you could do is list items on your website that you do not accept for donations. This store does not accept furniture. I and another lady carried our furniture to the store to be told that they don't accept furniture. Today, I attempted to donate jewelry and silverware, they had a sigh in front of the store that they are not accepting donations today. Never will I come back to this store. No wonder it has such bad review.

Omg! There's a crazy Karen that works there, she kept telling me to take the stuff that I pulled out of the racks to the register even if I didn't want them. She proceeded to kick me out of the store because I didn't comply with her crazy request. They don't have much stuff is mostly rundown clothes and they are pricey for what it is. Never going back there.
