I've had already gone to 4 bridal stores before stepping into Garnet & Grace Bridal, so I knew what style of dress I liked. Going into the store, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Erika, and felt welcomed and comfortable right away. She asked me some questions to get a feel of what I liked/disliked and she selected some dresses for me to try. After each dress, she asked more of what I liked/disliked about it and she listened really well because each dress kept getting better and better. Right when I felt like I was tired of trying on dresses, she pulled one more off the rack... It was perfect - I finally felt like a bride. It checked all the boxes off my "want in a dress" list (including the price) and I felt so beautiful. The style was slightly different than what I was previously trying, but it made me cry (and I'm not a cryer!), and that was my sign that this dress was "the one". It probably helped that this store has each dress in different sizes, so it was easier to see how the dress would sit on me, closer to my size. The other stores usually had the dress in a larger size and then would clip it to your preference, but can’t really clip the bust area. Thank you so much for your attentiveness and patience with me, Erika. I'm finally getting excited about the wedding now.

Erika was amazing! I found my perfect dress and I owe it all to her amazing skills. I felt so comfortable the entire time and am so excited to work with them to finish the perfect dress for my wedding!

I came into Garnet + Grace as my first place looking for wedding dresses and found my dream dress!! I was so excited and pleased with the help of Hayley. She pulled all the right dresses and did her best to help me envision how I would be walking down the aisle, I even shed a couple of tears because of how these dresses made me feel! I definitely recommend booking a fitting with Hayley as she pays attention to your needs and really caters to your best interest which I’m so appreciative for! If you’re looking for your wedding dress in the East bay I definitely recommend Garnet + Grace with Hayley as you’re looking for your wedding dress!

Hayley was the best stylist! Right from the beginning of our conversation, she was able to call out my style just by what I was wearing. But I still wanted to try different styles and she picked out those out, along with some she thought would look good.
She is a great listener and talked through the different features of the dress. She’s very knowledgeable!

I had an amazing experience wit G&G with Erika! I made a VIB appointment to find a dress (this was the first in a few appointments I had made with various shops, so I was initially nervous and self-conscious) and she made me and my party feel welcome and at ease the entire time. Even though I was unable to verbalize what exactly I was looking for in a dress, she was able to pull a few to try, take my feedback, and narrow it down until we found the perfect dress.
The VIB appointment also came with a cart of snacks and champagne, which elevated the entire experience for both me and my family. We also received a few promotional discounts on the dress that brought the initial price down significantly (which was great!). I ended up canceling my other appointments and am glad I stopped here first.

I had an amazing experience at G+G Bridal with Hayley! After visiting a couple of other bridal shops, I was somewhat ready to find "the one." I came in with a specific style in mind, and Hayley totally understood my vision. She brought out a few dresses that fit what I was looking for, but she also suggested ones that was outside my comfort zone. To my surprise, that ended up being the dress I fell in love with!
Hayley was incredibly thoughtful and friendly, making the whole process feel enjoyable. Although I initially wanted to try just a few options, she kept bringing out more dresses, and I ended up trying on over 7 dresses from fitted flare, to a-line, and many more! As a shorter bride, she even made some adjustments to help me see how the dresses would look on me. She also DIY one of the dresses and clipped a glittery veil inside the dress since I wanted to see how it would look like with sparkle. At some point during my appointment, Hayley even brought the mirror outside of the store and had me stand by the door since I wanted to see how the dress would look like once the sun hits. She definitely went above and beyond!
Thanks to Hayley's expertise and support, I found the perfect dress. I can't stop thinking about it, and I'm so excited for my big day! Highly recommend G+G Bridal and Hayley for anyone looking for a fantastic bridal experience!

The best part about buying my dress here was their seamstress. She was amazing. She added sleeves to my dress, and they came out perfect. My dress ended up amazing.

I had a wonderful experience with Garnet and Grace Bridal Boutique! I had been dreading looking for the right wedding dress but Hayley made it feel easy. She carefully listened to what I was looking for and eventually helped me find my wedding dress for the big day! Wearing the dress and feeling beautiful was a huge highlight on my wedding day! A true gem in Hayward. The dresses ranged between 900-3000$ and, while I wasn't looking for a dress in that price range, I was truly won over by the quality and variety. The space was clean and organized. All of the staff were friendly, upbeat, and professional. I worked with Erika, and she was above and beyond amazing--she locked on to my style almost immediately and helped me find gorgeous dresses, helped me take pictures, and while she was encouraging and made me feel beautiful, I didn't feel pushed or oversold on anything. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the bay area looking for a positive wedding dress shopping experience.
One note--the space wasn't cramped, but also wasn't huge. If you want to bring a large group of more than 8 people, then you may want to ask about days they don't have many other parties coming in, or it might start to get crowded!

The consultants were amazing and pulled great recommendations! Super kind, a bit crowded, but I went during a sale event so totally understandable.
I was a little bit disappointed though (not because of anyone! But I guess the way the dresses are collected and sold).
I fell in love with a dress here and wanted to go home and see the dress online, see how other people wore it, etc to make my decision. They told me they don’t carry any information about their dresses at all (designer, etc) and I guess the tags were all removed as well so I couldn’t do anything about that. I left so I could think it over and decided that the $1600 +tax price point was too much (even with the additional discount they would offer for purchasing the day of the appointment). Fast forward a month or two later, I was able to message a different sample sale store after HUNTING this dress down. They were able to tell me the designer and dress name, the fact that it was discontinued, and a few other details for me (straps, size available, etc). I also found that this dress was being sold for $650 -$1200 online (and 1200 was way on the expensive end of all of the purchase options I found. Most were <$1000).
This feels like such an easy fix to their system to make sure that brides can be sure of their purchase, and also to ensure fair and transparent pricing for their dresses! I still had a great experience and everyone was so helpful, but this did make me a little sad to lose out on purchasing what would’ve been a gorgeous dress at a reasonable price.

I had an amazing experience at GARNET + grace. My Stylist Hayley is the sweetest in the world. She's passionate, professional, full of positive vibes but also honest when needed. I came in not expecting I would find "the one" or do the purchase on the same day. I did both!
Hayley started with understanding my style, venue, prior search and my budget. She did hold me accountable for the budget and prevent me from keeping looking into dresses above my price range, which I truly appreciate cause that's just a torture and waste of time.
Hayley made sure I tried on all styles I previously had an eye on to make the right decision. Ultimately, we were down to 2 to choose from. Hayley gave us her professional pros & cons analysis but was also very respectful to let me take the time and think through. She also went above and beyond to help me visualize the full look. She gave me huge confidence and knew how to eliminate some of my stupid concerns.
I didn't feel any pressure or rush in time at all from the store. Although this store is not the biggest or the fanciest. They offered great options and good amount of varieties. Also, price is really reasonable for these stunning dresses.
I am very grateful that I stumbled upon this lovely bridal boutique and found a stylist who knows me. Cannot wait to put on my beautiful dress for the wedding!

I brought in my girls to help me choose a dress for my one wedding day (hopefully haha). I unfortunately had someone who did not care about this as much as making a sale. She asked about the vision but cared more about getting me out within an hour so she could get another bride in. She picked dresses for me, as soon as I liked one she told me I should buy it ASAP before it gets taken. I wanted to look at the dress to see if I wanted to buy it, but wasn’t given a chance to just sit and look at the dress for a few minutes to make a decision. Worst store I’ve been to out of 4 that we went to see in the area. Glad this wasn’t the first store I went to. Dresses are ok for the price, if you care about a good fit that’s well done here. Unique design is likely better elsewhere. Service will be better elsewhere for sure, but I wouldn’t ruin what should be a fun and magical experience by coming here - all of us agreed on this after we left the store.

I said yes to the dress! I absolutely love my dress, it hugs all of my curves. I feel like somebody’s trophy wife LOL. Hayley was super helpful and supportive the entire way. She even let me wear her shoes because I forgot my heels at home. The VIB refreshments were yummy and this was a moment me and my family will never forget. Will be back soon for my alterations. I love the size range they offer as well. Can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my dress. I never want to take it off. I may put it on every anniversary to wear in the house lol. Maybe in the future turn it into a cocktail dress. Idk but I am obsessed with the waistline snatch!!

Lexi did a wonderful job helping me choose my dress. She really listened to what I wanted and was patient with me when I had narrowed down my options to two dresses. She also followed up with me after the appointment and sent a note to my home which was very thoughtful. I brought my fiance with me to my appointment and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I would recommend brides to come to Garnet+Grace to find their wedding dress.

Hayley Herrera was just amazing! I had been to other bridal boutiques and no one treated and cared about my opinion, how Hayley took care of it. She first sat me down to understand what kind of dress I have in mind/ vision. She also took time to know my story. How I met my fiancé and where we plan on getting married etc. Made me really feel like I was talking to a friend rather than a stranger. She picked up the dresses based on what I told her and helped me really put them on correctly including accessories. She asked me my views on each dress prior to showing my family. She also announced my opinion prior to me coming out and showing my family - which I thought was amazing. My family was less likely to give negative feedback on a dress that I liked. When I had chosen my dress and decided that’s the one, she went on to make it more special by bringing me a veil and flower bouquet that was similar color to my wedding theme. It was an extremely personalized and emotional experience.
