I would give zero for this store.
They offered me to pre-order some funko pop naruto and they told they will call once its available. Noone called and after i dropped by check the item, they said they dont have the stock and gave it to other customers. Whats the purpose of pre ordering if they are not reserved the item. They just ended up returning the money to me… so waste of time waiting for this store.
They are so useless.

If you ever wondering why the world is moving away from physical media and to digital downloads, just go to this GameStop. I went into try to purchase a game and as I was attempting to check out they grabbed an open copy that was missing components and tried to tell me it was new. When I pointed out that it clearly wasn't new, they treated me like I was crazy. Trying to sell an open game with missing pieces as "new" is peak GameStop.

Returned a gift I bought a week ago. My god, I'm a 50 year old man and they were eyeing me like I was trying to pull some scam over a $20 toy. I was surprised they didn't get the microscope out... it was frustrating and demeaning. I am very unlikely to purchase anything here again, don't like being treated like a criminal as opposed to being a customer.

After years of not playing Call of Duty, my PS4 was just sitting collecting dust. Needless to say I all of a sudden wanted to play and drove out to this location. Val was our helper and as soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted even though she had about 7 other customers ahead of us. She was running back and forth attending everyone in order. Not sure if she was the only one scheduled but it was pretty busy around 4 pm. She killed it! Found the games everyone was looking for through the computer and running to the section where they are located. Some she even knew precisely where they were located without the help of the computer like WHATTTTT! She helped me sign up for the rewards program they offer with my phone number and even gave my discount that same day. Val you are a superstar and wish you the best of luck with the company. Please shout her out or give some kind of recognition she deserves.

An hour ago, I purchased a Pokemon TCG Silver Tempest battle stadium box at this location. The box was packaged normally on the outside; however, inside of the container, the bottom side of all the packs were already open mid-way. I called the store to bring up this issue, but they said they couldn't do anything due to it being a 'final sale'. Gamestop retains the right to decide whether they accept a return or not; I understand the concept of 'final sale', but what really rustled my jimmies was how the situation was handled. They didn't ask any questions or asked me to bring the product back to inspect it. It was a done deal of being a 'final sale'. That's fine, except the product I was given was a defective product. I wasn't looking for a refund, but I did want a resolution to this issue whether it was an exchange - even if I had to pay a bit more. Originally, I wanted four individual booster packs, but one of the employees recommended the battle box to me since it contained four packs as well. I guess the additional bitterness I feel stems from this interaction since this wouldn't have occurred if I'd just gotten the individual booster packs. Oh yeah, the cost of the battle box was $1-$2 more than getting four of the individual booster packs at the current sale price.Anyway, moral of the story: you should open your TCG products in the parking lot or at the store and double check the content before leaving.
