The older lady/Short hair in the afternoon shift was really disrespectful to my 14-year-old son when all he was doing was sitting down with my 5-year-old daughter. And the cameras can prove it it's definitely not okay.

There is nothing friendly about this place. The cleaning guy is closing part of the place at 7pm. They want to force you to buy a card, the card machine does not accept coins… if you came here, then be ready to lose control.. not recommending this place..

Usually clean, they have a laundry washing service where u drop off and pickup later, restroom never has paper towels and only has one handle of the water working, maintenance ladies are usually nice and there is parking in the back of the building, last wash is 7:30 PM they close at 9 and first wash I believe is 5am 7 days a week, they just installed a vending machine which is nice but removed a folding table so that’ll make folding more difficult when it’s packed, I suggest to bring wipes when you come to use the restroom sometimes the toiletries are not stockedUpdate 8/1/23 they finally added a air hand dryer in the restroom and a working soap dispenser, still no toilet paper in sight and the cold water knob stop broken to the sink glad they saw the review and added a hand dryer at leastThey also added 4 big new blanket size dryers, less space to fold but will help when everyone is using the dryers

LICE Issues here, a customer was picking lice from their family hair while setting on those chairs and waiting for their cloths to be washed spreading the eggs to others, there is no sign posted to inform people not to do that as part of cleanliness. I didn’t dry my cloths there, but I was stuck to wash my cloths bcz it went already in the machines. Watch out from this place bcz it’s contaminated with lice on their chairs,

It’s okay, lots of machines $3,$5,$6 and dryers are .25 for 6 minutes for the small ones and .25 for 4 minutes for the big onesThere are dryer sheets on the ground everywhere, it gets crowded fast I went on Sunday morning and it was supposed to be open at 6 and it was open earlier at 5:45 there’s a limited amount of carts and it got packed by 6:30.The Apple Pay didn’t work luckily I had cash, make sure to bring cash just in case you run into the same problem.I was here for about 3 hours, and folded my clothes too they only have 4 folding tables.There’s homeless people around the outside and a black guy who goes around asking everyone for money and gets mad when you don’t give him anything.Will come here again since it’s the cheapest place in Hayward.

This place is very dirty since the cleaning lady left, most machines and dryers not working.I used my bank card on a $3.50 machine and they took $20.00 dollars from my account.The owner really needs to step up and do something about it. The owner just comes collects the money and leaves.
