Purshsed a $1100.00 fountain just little over a year ago well the pump went bad,after speaking to Rick and sending him a receipt and a picture of the fountain his response was your just out of warranty but I can replace the pump if pay the $40.00 shipping cost the initial conversation with him was I sending out a new pump, haven't heard back so I called today and that's when he told us it is out of warranty.Rick said those pumps should last 12 years easy

Rick Moore and Florence & New Italian Art went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my peace of mind. Their delivery team was refreshingly honest and transparent. They pointed out the crack in the fountain upon delivery, which allowed me to thoroughly inspect it before accepting the product. Although the crack was not in an obvious place, it was tough for me to assess whether it would get worse over time. I expressed my concerns about its potential to worsen beyond the warranty period. Rick displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. While in his best opinion, the crack would not worsen, they were willing to exchange the fountain or offer an extended warranty specifically addressing any potential worsening of the crack. This level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile distinguishes this operation as a top-notch establishment. They genuinely care about their customers and, at least with me, strived to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust and integrity. Beyond their exceptional customer service and standing behind their products, they offer a diverse and well-curated selection of high-quality and gorgeous fountains. Exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction have won a loyal customer in me.

These guys are awesome! Had a fountain that had toppled over. They came over and fixed the fountain so fast I couldn't believe it. I thought it would be a really challenging job, but the guys had it up an working better than ever in no time. Friendly, professional, honest and fair! Could not ask for a better job. Beautiful fountain with reasonable price. Wide selections of fountains, statues etc and you are able to pick different colors. Mark was helpful on answering all my questions and provided me with an instant quote, not pushing at all. One of his employees performed the delivery and installation with a small fee. We are happy with our purchase.

Gerald was extremely helpful while I searched for a fountain. He was friendly, relaxed and informative. He spent a long time answering my questions and telling me how the various fountains worked. The grounds are full of beautiful fountains and birdbaths and the working fountains were helpful to watch and see how they'd work at home. I recommend this place highly.

This place is amazing! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have an awesome selection of fountains (+ lawn ornaments). On top of the amazing selection, they provide a number of colours to select from. All in all a great experience!!

We bought a fountain here 3 years ago, and had a very good experience doing so. When the pump stopped yesterday, I called hoping someone would have time to give me suggestions and advice. Gerard spent 20 minutes with me on the phone troubleshooting, then invited me to come by to get a part (the impeller) that hopefully would fix the pump. Because they no longer carry the exact pump, he gave me two different impellers ("gave" = free). They worked like a charm, and we're back in business. Thanks for great, friendly customer service. You can count on us as repeat customers!

I ordered the #1530 Mini Cascade Fountain in Chestnut through Fleur De Lis in Lacey, WA. Miguel told me that Florence & New Italian Art Company did really nice work on their fountains. He was right! The fountain turned out perfect. I love the Chestnut color! The fountain exceeded by expectations!

I am thrilled with my beautiful bird bath I purchased there! They have beautiful fountains and birdbaths and all kinds of decorative items for the garden. They were very helpful and friendly. The bird bath was loaded into the car for us. I would highly recommend this place when shopping for bird baths, fountains or any stone art items.
