When it comes to my packages: Cell Phones, Laptops; Credit Cards. FEDEX Pacheco Deliveries are worse in delivery time. 3 days in a row, they said they are coming at 8 PM but they arrived at 3 PM. The 4th time they show a picture of my residence with the package but they took it on the 3rd time of the delivery. I took a day off for the package and they did not show at all. The Office people never help nor care about the package re-delivery. They just says " Sorry, I don't care about your package, if you want, picked it up here in Pacheco" The Worsed Service I ever encounter in my whole life!!!"

Had package shipped here. Same day it was delivered, I went to pick it up only to find that whoever was there ended up refusing the package and marking as “Refused by Recipient”And now it’s on it’s way back to shipper.I’m the recipient and never refused anything, and now I haven’t been able to stop the package. I needed this right away.

They don't have change for $100. Sent my 80 year old grandma back out to her bank. The lady has a mean stern voice. The guy was friendly though. No bueno to my poor granny!

I've been a FedEx shipper for over 30 years, sending packages domestically and internationally from numerous locations. This FedEx office proved to be the worst I've ever experienced and would not recommend. Most offices are great and wonderfully accomodating; the intent of this one is to hustle every customer who walks in the door. For me they required extra packaging when it wasn't necessary, and required buying FedEx boxes when we've shipped similar packages all over the U.S. for years. They even violated their own Shipping Guide and Terms of Service when stating "their way" was required. I've packed boxes properly for the past 44 years and simply want the public to know that the employees are "just following their manager's orders" and are scamming people left and right in the interest if higher fees. FedEx is great; just stay away from this horrible location

Fed Ex never delivered my sister-in-law's birthday gift in January; has asked me to file a claim three times (I did); has kept me on the phone with at least 15 people on 3 different days; sent me a photo of a different package on a different front porch; and keeps sending me rebills with interest. I have had a business account for at least 35 years but I have stopped using FedEx.

Came to drop off a package. I was carrying my baby and a big box. Waylon came and grab the box from me and had me out of there in 20 seconds. I really appreciate your help. I've always had bad experiences receiving my package your customer service changes how I view fedex. Thank you again

First the driver lied and said they attempted a delivery. A lie. Driver said we were not home. A lie. W were home and have several cameras no delivery attempt. Next day the driver left the package on the busy street far from the front door. Luckily it was not stolen. Lazy workers with no work ethics. I am so sick of dealing with this company. They clearly do not give a damn about what they are doing. Retailers please...STOP USING FEDEX...

I frequent this place often, and In the past have never had any problems. However now the new store manager is rude and unwelcoming. He was very short with me and acted as if he was too busy to help me. I won’t be returning.

Bad customer service. I was there today to send a fax but the quality of the scan was really low, so they suggested to print my papers in color. Thinking that this was going to fix the problem, I went ahead and printed my sheets in color but the quality stayed the same so I asked for a refund. One of the ladies asked me to print my receipt but I was trying to explain her that I did not accepted a receipt when the machine asked for. Raising her voice and with a really rude attitude, she told me: "SIR, I NEED YOUR RECEIPT NOW!" Yes, I got my refund but will not go back there anymore. Save yourself a headache and just use a App for faxing documents. As customers, we don't deserve to be treated like this.

When I came in to send a fax, they hadchanged the process for doing so since I last sent a fax. The staff person, a veryhelpful young lady, asked if I needed help, and then walked me through theprocess. I couldn't ask for better service.
