The lady at the counter this morning 5/8/25 was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. I thought it was just towards me, but another lady came in and she treated her the same. Judging from past reviews I assume this is the same lady. I hope she finds a different job she enjoys cos she seems to hate working there.

Took no longer than 15 minutes to get my shipping label and package. Also got help from Anahi to cut down my package . Everyone was nice and really helpful.

The lady who works the counter has an attitude. She totally ignores me as I’m waiting for someone to help process my shipments and then makes a snarky comment when I call out for help.

Their printer would not work when you put the code in to print. I gave the clerk the code so they could print it then they want to charge you a crazy fee. It should only be the cost of the printing because it’s not the customer’s fault their printer is not working. Bad customer service.

Really really bad customer service. The two ladies there today didn’t even greet you when you came in the door. And the lady with the hair down had a really bad attitude. I’ve gotten my permits printed at other places but I will never come to this one again!

FedEx is absolute trash!!
UPS for anything of value!!!
Such a huge disconnect from their dispatch and delivery teams! Useless employees and your packages will definitely be delayed for no reason.

It's closed when it should be open (we are not during holiday hours). No way to contact to ask why. They apparently don't care about wasting their customers' time.

Tiffany was very kind and professional and carefully prepared my camera lens for shipment, and even undid and then redid her own packing work when I realized late in the process that I needed to add something extra. Thank you!

Incredibly lazy girl with major attitude working at counter on 7/10/25 afternoon. No one in the store but it took her a couple minutes to acknowledge me and when she did, she seemed incredibly annoyed that she had to scan my package. If they hate their jobs so much, why continue to work there and treat people with zero courtesy

The people that work here are alien weird, they don't want to help you but want to stare and yell directives at you. Every request stops them from doing something else and customer service does not exist. They have attitudes, they talk wrong too loud, purposefully give you the wrong answer, way way too many of them back there for there not assisting customers and they only take card no cash but not my card, the machine does not like my ATM card. Two stars for being open all night on Van Ness in college and for dealing with my deadline melt down, not good. I refused lines one year it was not an easy road to walk but I made it thru and now I see how stupid some of my social science projects are, science stuff. Extra star for one or more me at 19 at 2 am, yup.

Their customer service is the best, great, and friendly staff. It's hard to find places nowadays where you see employees happy and passionate about the work they do.
