Came to this store last week with my bf; trying to purchase some new era hats. As we came in no greetings or anything. Only staff member there was a very tall Caucasian male. He was not welcoming at all. We didn't care much since we really wanted to purchase 2-3 hats. We saw a couple that caught our attention. Every time I asked the guy who was behind the counter (where other selection of hats where) , for a hat he huffed and Puff loudly, saying which one which one ? He pressured us on being fast at knowing what we wanted. He also started thinking out loud and making comments about customers who walked right in. He made me feel like those Comments where towards me and my bf as well. He said " all these f*cking people want to come in at the same time; I'm just trying to go to lunch , and they don't f*cking buy anything" he kept kicking the counter and punching the glass display counter while saying those comments. He was started to look very desperate and violent. Staff from Lids came in to check on some hats I guess during their lunch hour and he started telling them the same thing, that he wanted to get the f*ck out but these people wouldn't leave " . Very unprofessional and scary situation. Me and my bf felt the pressure and we decided to leave the hats that we had picked out and walk out. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Please find new staff, we would want to come back to check on the hats again.

I highly recommend this location, I want to shout out Isabella personally. Her customer service and embroidery skills are on point. I have had several friends have babies in the last year and have bought these cute little sweatsuits and brought them to This location to be personalized. I can’t thank Isabella enough for her help and great work. I will continue to support this store because of the great experience I have had.

Great store. It's a lids affiliate store. Staff really cool. They have majority of the jerseys I look for that most Lids stores don't have. They really take care of their customers and fun to talk with. I always try to come to this location based on good positive experiences and recommend those who to come to this store when it comes to great service.

This is a 5 star review for Gabriel :) he was so incredibly helpful and kind. I wanted to embroider this hoodie I got for my boyfriend and everywhere I went turned me down. I guess it's difficult to do. Gabriel did not back down from the challenge and he did amazingly! It was exactly what I had pictured. Honestly thank you so much you're awesome :)

Terrible customer service. Like most places these days, they hire idiot teenagers with zero training or customer service skills. Bought a coke white Warriors hat a few weeks ago and in my haste didn't realize it was actually kind of dirty when the girl at the register dropped it on the floor and stuffed it in the bag. Then the idiot forgot to take the alarm sensor off so I had to go back and get that taken off. And the crazy part is the alarm didn't even go off. Mentioned it to the other idiot there and she didn't seem to care. Anyway, long story short, I got home and realized it was ruined. Came in at 10:30 this morning to return. They're supposed to be open at ten but surprise, the idiots who work there failed to even show up on time to work so the store was closed. So, I come back an hour later and the same idiot girl who dropped my hat just stares at the hat and receipt for about ten minutes and doesn't really say anything other than "I'm not sure. Give me a minute". Yeah, idiot, I know you're not sure about much of anything in life. Then the "manager" who looks like she's an extra from a movie about high school kids in a breakdanceing competition, comes over and stares at the hat and receipt for another 5 minutes. Then says she can only offer me a refund because it's been worn. I explain I bought it that way and she says I have no proof of that Then she offers to exchange it for the same hat, which of course they didn't have in my size. So I ask for a store credit. Nope. Can I exchange for another hat in my size? Nope. Then its no because the round size sticker was missing. Keep in mind the PRICE sticker was right there. But the size sticker is what they were worried about. This is why stores like this will fail. I can buy the same hat online for a third less and have zero hassle with returns or idiot teenagers. I will never shop at Lids again.

I went there looking for a jersey for my boyfriend's birthday. While I was there shopping around I felt a bit out of place because of the staff. I was walking around for a good 10 minutes and no one asked to assist me, nor did anyone greet me upon entering. I looked over the counter and saw some white dude on his phone so I felt a bit weird having to go up and ask. Another thing to note, when another customer walked in he greeted them but never greeted me. I found that strange. The customer service at this location definitely needs some work.

Worst place ever. My husband and I came here to get jerseys and T-shirt's for a football game in November. Unfortunately the sizes were wrong so we came to return them within the 30 days. Upon arrival Natalie said we can't return it because there is no manager in the store that day. Okay so I let her know that with work we wouldn't be back until 1 day after the 30 day return. She said that would be fine we would still be able to return it and if we had any issues to say natalie helped us. Now when we went back to return it the manager, who didn't have a name tag, said we could not return it we would have to get store credit because of the holiday policy. I told her we bought it in November and that Natalie, who was standing right next to the manager, said we would get the full refund because it wasn't worn and had all the tags on it. The manager then said Well that's the policy we can't accept it. At this point I'm already upset cause this lazy manager who can't even stand up straight leaning over the counter refuses to help us or even acknowledge us. So I pull the receipt out and show her the Fanzz policy that says we can get a refund and I told her that her employee who is right next to her never said anything about this "fake" holiday policy. So the manager says whatever I'll just do it, now that we've disturbed her lazy day she says she needs the card we used. We hand it to her, she rips it out of his hands, and throws it on the counter when she's done. Once the receipt prints she drops it on the counter and goes back to laying on the register. We say thank you she ignores us and mumble whatever under her breath. HORRIBLE representation of Fanzz. Now the Fanzz in Newpark is way better. Better people to help you and they actually held all our things while shopping. Don't go to this Fanzz unless you want this lazy manager who doesn't care about her job to treat you like crap. I wish I got her name but she's a tall, blondish haired girl who doesn't do crap.
