Perhaps they need to get the store together .. I was in the store with my husband looking at the Crocs .. there were 2 signs next to each other one said 29.99 the other 19.99 we were looking at the slides and couldn't tell which price belonged to which shoe.. so we looked at the number on the tags .. according to the shoes we had the price should have been 19.99 but when we got to the register the cashier said they were 24.99? Where did this number come from?? We took her to where we got the shoe and showed her the 2 tags as she went on to say they had a sale and the price had gone up!! Then take the dang sign down!!! She could have said "Since the sigh clearly still says 19.99 I will give them to you at that price " instead she said .. is that all you wanted is the one pair? I politely told her I decided not to get them .. I could have pushed the issue but why do I have to??

I came here with my daughter to buy shoes for us because they have nice, comfortable Styles at affordable prices. The saleswoman was polite and professional. Came over and asked us if we needed any help. The store was clean and the shelves were stopped and organized. I was able to use my coupons that were sent to me in the mail, so I was happy about saving money with them. Gives me something to look forward to and buy more shoes.

I went in to do an exchange on 02/19/23. I purchased shoes a day before but lost my receipt. The cashier #306939 was very rude. So much for NO BOX? NO RECEIPT? NO PROBLEM!! She never asked for the FAMOUSLY YOU REWARDS she just threw the shoes I returned threw the shoes I purchased.So much for happy to help and " Famously Easy Return and Exchange Policy".

I recommend famous footwear if you are trying to buy your whole family all a pair of name brand shoes. There's something here for everyone. Even though this shoe store is kinda small and on the side of the mall, I always find a shoe under 100 that works great. I'm starting to like it more than sheik because there's way more womens options available for me to try. They are more reasonable then foot action and shoe palace. You can join the rebate club and get more deals. Helpful staff and fast lines.

The owner is not a nice lady. She's always behind your back, looks at you since you enter the store and doesn't even let you look comfortably/peacefully. She made me feel unwelcome several times. It's unfortunately because they do have nice shoes and I have purchased from them before, just not that great customer service

This store has okay prices and variety. But the employees are consistently just watching you as if you are going to steal something. It is very intimidating we were just trying to buy new shoes. Please stop doing this it drives customers away.

Every time I visit this store the workers follow your every move like a hawk ! Obviously management is paying for them to be security and make sure no one is stealing ! Even if you caught someone stealing your only going to a pat on the back by your manager. Might I add no one asked if I needed help they just made sure one employee is manning each isle and when you do try things on they suggest you move to the middle where they can keep eyes on you at all times ! My husband doesn't like to be stared at for no reason by anyone so he straight up asked the employee if he could her with something and she walked away. Definitely feel that racial profiling is apart this stores dynamic.
