Got a chair for my desk as I’d be working from home got the chair mostly put together but that last part attaching the arm pieces to the bottom piece of the chair the screw wouldn’t go in and when I call it rings once and then dead silence after about 2 min brings you to vm ?

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to cancel my order pre-shipment. Brenna kept sending me automated robotic messages that are not related to my problem or my question in my message. They didn’t solve my problem with the order and failed to reply my messages. The worst customer service ever!

Horrible! Well I would review the product if I ever actually received it. I received 1 of 2 boxes. The company contacting with Walmart is Factory Direct Wholesales, LLC. Walmart should drop them as a supplier! Customer service is horrible. I had to call them twice to check on the status of the second box. By the time I could actually get answers back from anyone the only solution they had for me was a refund because the product was not in stock and they had no way of knowing when it would be back in stock. The lack is communication and knowledge of their CSRs is appalling. Walmart, this is not the quality of care you should expect from your suppliers! When I received the email detailing my RETURN, which was not a RETURN as there was nothing to RETURN...it stated for reason (customer changed mind). Uhhmmm no I did not, I very clearly stated to you I did want a refund, I wanted the product! Now I have 1 huge box of stuff that I have to figure out disposing of or have to lug to a fedex to send back....but as Emily in customer service said she doesn't really care what I do with the box...again great CSR training. Good luck getting anyone with any authority on the phone as apparently the "manager" also answers the phones...

I bought an exercise bike through Walmart and the order goes to these people.They took the money then sent me an email telling me my item had shipped from Duluth. It never arrived and Walmart found that it had NEVER been sent at all. I contacted Walmart who got in touch with these these people. They said they had no stock left. That wasn't true when I made my purchase. If I hadn't chased this they Would never have delivered, never have contacted me, and kept my money. Do not use this company!

Stay away from their products. I bought a chair for 100$ thru walmart.com it came broken so I got a hold of the company to replace the parts or a new chair. It took almost a month just to get someone to send the parts and even then the chair isn't that great. Spend 20$ more get a better one.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had buying products online!! I bought 4 dining room chairs that they shipped to me without any of the front legs to all 4 chairs. Contacted them 5 times the first person I spoke to was extremely rude like it was my fault they didn't send any legs to stand my chairs on, she told me they would be sent to me within 2-4 business days Now a month later since I've gotten the chairs guess what? I STILL DONT HAVE ANY FRONT LEGS TO ALL 4 CHAIRS! complete waste of money and time! Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority with this company!!

Good honest people. great solid value for products. Built well of Euro beech wood. don't confuse with FDW llc in GA. They use to be located on Winton. Hayward Ca. THIS IS NOT Factory Direct Wholesale LLC with Massage chairs. All negative reviews are for that company!

I would give no star if could. Their customer service rep Maria was of absolute no help. I was sent the wrong product very close to a holiday and they made no attempt to correct the issue timely. I was also lied to and told I would receive a return label in one hour. I put everything on hold and waited for a label that was never going to show up. I called back and was told that the policy was 48hours for a label and that I was lied to. Stay away it will only end in high blood pressure and extreme frustration.

I got bar stools and out door patio chairs from them that we're great. The quality is solid with reinforced joints that should hold up for a long time. The warehouse is the showroom so don't expect a store front. I did not mind since the price was right.
