I went to this place for an oil change, the mechanic told me to come back in 1 hour, then I came back and he said 30 more minutes, and he’s just watching YouTube funny videos. That’s sucks.

Exxon Mobil should close the store only open gas station. I tried to use their restroom at 5:30 pm but the employee in store said no restroom after 5. They have restroom inside for customers, they just locked the door don’t let people go inside to store and refuse to serve but the store open sign is on. This the worst Exxon Mobil gas station I have ever seen .

The self service pump had a problem with my Exxon Mobil rewards and CC. Told me to see the cashier. The cashier only knows enough English to ask how much gas I needed. He could not answer my Q about EM rewards. I ended up getting EM rewards gasoline further away.

None of the mechanics here speak English well & they seemed to act like mad at you when you asked questions. Had to explain over & over about your car problem & when you ask the person at the register their real names are different from the plate printed on their uniforms Hesi & Hoang. They must learn how to listen to customers first before attempting to repair so as not to come back again & redo what they have missed.
