I recently had my car serviced at Empire Automotive and I couldn't be happier. Riz and Jason were fantastic. They were incredibly courteous and honest. The quality of their work was excellent, and they even went above and beyond by offering pick up and drop off services when I was in a pinch. To top it off, they cleaned my car due to a slight delay, which I really appreciated. And the best part? Their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your auto maintenance needs! ??

Fast & high quality work! Conveniently located and provides many automotive services under one roof! Riz (owner) is knowledgeable and very honest (hard to find in this craft). Services diesels and all other types of vehicles, even performed repairs on my high performance vehicle. Shop is clean, safe & secure to leave vehicles overnight. Highly recommended!

I found this shop on google and the reviews were good so I decided to bring my car in to check on the check engine light. Work was done related to the transmission. Riz is very accommodating and transparent on the work being performed. He is very responsive and reliable. The work was completed in the timeframe as promised. I will definitely continue to bring my cars here for any service needed as Riz provides excellent customer service.

We took our car in because the AC wasn't working and Rez was extremely helpful. He thoroughly checked the car and was honest with his evaluation. We appreciated his responsiveness and how easy he was to talk to. He even showed us the parts he replaced and explained what caused the problem. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Stumbled upon empire automotive by looking for shops in my area. Riz provided all the info I needed on the phone so I decided to get my oil and smog done at his shop. Even before any services were provided, he was accommodating in every way possible. Whether he would open shop on Sunday (usually closed Sundays) to work on my car or ensure i had a way home while he worked on my car since I have a new baby and wouldn't be able to wait long at the shop, he provided those options to ensure the smoothest experience. I would also like to mention that Riz even dropped off my smog certificate and car once he was all finished. I'd like to thank him for making this daunting task so seamless especially for a new mom. I appreciate you Riz and will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend for anyone looking for any services related to your car.

Had an unexpected battery problem on my Chevy and this was the only place who was able to get the job done! They supplied towing (for a very reasonable fee!) and was able to take care of the issue the same day! Great customer service and very honest. Rich went above and beyond to make sure it was only a battery issue which put me more at ease. Will be taking my other vehicles for servicing in the future.

I used to go to the automotive shop that was here before Empire took over. They renovated the place and it is super clean. Riz is super responsive and they are very fast. Most repairs I've had were done same day. The rates are reasonable and the work is top notch. If he has time, he will even drive me back to work (about 2 miles away) instead of having to get a Lyft.They don't just work on the engine, brakes, steering, but they even replaced my Honda Odyssey's door handle that broke.Trust is the most important trait needed to have someone work on your cars and Riz and his team definitely have mine. It's a bonus that they are reasonably priced and get you back on the road in no time!Thanks Empire!

Took my Volvo in for a routine oil change and couldn't be happier with the service. Top notch customer service and attention to detail that is hard to find these days. Immaculate shop as well shows he really cares for his craft. I'll be taking my cars back here for any service needs.

Nice clean shop where you can tell the owner (Rizwan) takes pride in what he does ! Had my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek serviced and also rear brakes done.All the work done great and on time and the price is very reasonable ! I will be going back here with my other cars as well !

Came here for a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering buying from a small used lot. The guys were super honest and thorough when checking the vehicle! I was very appreciative for their opinion and diagnosis and ultimately decided against buying the car. If it wasn't for them I might've bought the car and regretted it later and been stuck with it. I found this shop on Yelp and it had awesome reviews so I decided to come by and get my ac repaired. Riz is very nice, accommodating, and goes above and beyond in his work. He has reasonable pricing and you can tell that he is very honest and trustworthy. I have more work that needs to be done and I will be bringing my car back for that (insurance claims).This is now my go to shop for future repairs.Thank you, Riz!

I have a 2018 Dodge Ram that just stopped running while I was on the freeway during rush hour on March 14, 2022. I was able to get it to start again, but the engine just flat out died EIGHT MORE times before I finally limped into my own driveway. I REALLY need my truck every day. I called several auto repair shops, as well as two Dodge dealerships, and nobody could even look at the truck for several days. Too busy. A friend recommended that I call Empire Automotive Services. I called and left a message, and I was shocked when they returned my call in literally 5 minutes. FYI, I'd left messages on the answering services of 2 other shops that still haven't returned my call. What was also frustrating was that for those who answered, I was on hold forever. Even with the dealerships. The gentleman from Empire who returned my call gave me his full attention, and he REALLY listened to me and understood how badly I needed my truck. He said if I could get it in immediately, he would look at it that day and at least try and determine what might be going on. I arranged to have AAA tow my truck to Empire. I couldn't believe it when "Riz" called me that same day and said they had already diagnosed the problem and could have it back to me in 2 days or less. He called me back the very next morning and said it was ready for me to pick up. It's run perfectly since then and I'm still in shock at how fair their price was. I think it's important to say in this post that it seems like finding a good mechanic is one of the hardest things ever. I have four vehicles total. They will all be serviced by Empire Automotive from now on! Also, thanks to Tom, who treated me very kindly when I picked up my truck.
