Elite tow one of the greatest tow companies I've worked with. They had fast response and made it to my location in a fast manner. The service was great. The tow truck driver was nice and friendly and very professional. The owner Zack is very helpful and friendly. He made sure I was taken care of. The price was great best value towing company! For sure will be contacting them for future tows!

I got flat tired this morning on 101N near San Carlos. My insurance company dispatched 2 other companies before contacting Elite Tow, and neither of them came to take my car. My insurance company contacted Elite Tow, and I immediately got a call from David, and he assured me that he's on his way. He gave me another call when he was near where I was.When he came, he let me stay in the towing car, loaded the car very fast, and drove me to the shop. David was very professional and kind!! He gave me some tips on what to do in the future if this happens again (hope not!). I was so stressed from all the calls and waits I had to deal with before I was assigned to Elite Tow, but I felt so much better once I talked to David.If you ever need to get your car towed in the future, call Elite Tow!! They're efficient, kind, and careful!! Highly recommended.

I used Elite Tow with my car breaking down (alternator) issue. Zach was straight forward on the quote and even gave a fast eta to come to San Mateo going to Hayward. Sam arrived even faster than the short time quoted. Sam got the car on the bed of the truck in less than 5 minutes which was impressive. Sam was friendly, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend using this company. They're great at what they do and I feel they are above most in their quality of service. Thank you Sam and Zach!

I want to start off with giving this place 10 stars if I could. They were quick and very easy to work with. I will definitely be using this service in the future if needed. My driver who towed my car was extremely polite and kind which I really appreciate as some people aren't the kindest. Highly recommend this tow company to anyone
