I took a car in for a friend for a timing chain replacement on December 12. She is driving my car while it was being repaired. I picked it up today 70 days later and they never touched it. Originally he said he was busy and would do the job in the new year. But as weeks went by and kept asking for updates no progress. Last few weeks couldn't even get a call back. Then more fake promises. I am a mechanic for 40 years but didn't want to take on this job myself. Goldy The owner and his phone answering guy weren't very unprofessional. Shame on them for leaving us hanging. Very disappointing for sure. I went from someone who would refer customers to an enemy. Beware of this shady unprofessional shop!

one of Hayward's top auto repair shops. I was recommended to this store by my brother. Always give me sound advice instead than just generating money and keeping their word. I've been going here for three years. Genuine auto components and very affordable labour are also available. I advise everyone who lives in the Hayward area to visit this store for the best service. Last but not least, I would like to thank Mr. Goldy, the shop's owner, for his excellent service and high-quality products.

I have been a customer of this car mechanic(Goldy Bhaaji) for the past 4 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. From routine maintenance to major repairs, they have consistently provided top-notch service and exceptional workmanship.One thing that really stands out about this mechanic is their honesty and integrity. They have never tried to sell me on unnecessary repairs or services, and have always been upfront and transparent about any issues with my car. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I really appreciate how they take the time to explain things in a way that I can understand.The staff at this mechanic are also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They always make time to fit me in for appointments, even when their schedule is busy, and they have always been very communicative about the status of my car and any updates that arise during the repair process.Finally, the quality of the work is truly outstanding. I have a BMW SULEV and had engines misfiring.The guy charged 250$ for the inspection and quoted 2000$ for fixing the misfire.I researched online and found that SULEV vehicles get serviced free of cost at BMW dealer for 95% of the parts.The shop owner never shared this info and was trying to loot another Indian.I do not recommend doing business here.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mr.G ,,,,,, the Owner has been our go to guy for years for my Family's Japanese and European Car Maintenance. Never felt cheated unlike other Car repair shops .... Never had an issue with the work and Service they provide. His tech Mr. V is and Mr. G ate Top Notch knowledgeable in their Craft .... the best! .... Thank you Mr.G

3 weeks ago I took my 2010 GMC Sierra Truck to the dealer to have the airbags replaced because of a recall. While the service was FREE, the mechanics advised that I had multiple problems which would run me around $3500-$4000. I politely thanked them and drove straight to Goldie who did all the repairs with all OEM parts for 1/4 of the price. I subsequently had to return because as luck would have it while driving my oil pressure dropped & the oil pump, oil gasket and timing cover gasket needed to be replaced. Back to Goldie who took the truck right in and today I have my truck back. Have been going to Goldie for about 6-7 years and have been more than pleased with the service and prices. Highly recommend Elite Motor Sports.

What an amazing shop and owner Golby. I had my shock replaced at another shop (which did not calibrate since it's a Mercedes with air suspension) and he helped me out and had me in and out. Not sure how other do business but this man surely knows. Really appreciate the time and efforts of helping me out on short notice.
