Amazing place! The customer service was outstanding and the person named hector was a great salesperson, And very kind. They provided indoor seating, With complimentary water and air conditioning! And an cute little puppy to play with while i would wait. The people who served me did such a wonderful job and i got my car repaired for cheap. This place is definitely a must go and is just such a nice place to buy cars. They also had 2 Cute dogs outside the building who were pretty chill and relaxed and friendly. Even though i did not buy any cars, The repair of my car was an amazing job and honestly would recommend. Very nice place!

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a used Vehicle. After driving 2 hours to get the truck, It was close enough to what we needed Is after a brief inspection while it was pouring down rain. He did not disclose any information about any failures until I asked about the lights and he said there was a module coming in and it was no big deal he would send it to me. Get the truck all the way Home and come to find out it has a bad body control module. Took him weeks to get it to me, in the mean time I could not put the truck on the road because it was illegal because it did not have any lights in the rear. So the truck sat for a month while waiting for that part. once the part finally came in in order to replace that I had to get new keys made in. Order for to be programmed. This ordeal costs me another fourteen hundred dollars. Once the truck got put on the road it was ready to go to work. We were getting ready to load a ton of steel on the rack come to find out. The back bar was being held together by tape and it was repained white so you could not see it. This could have easily Kill someone. This blatant disrespect For the customer and life In general should not be tolerated. Beware of these people.

We bought my husband an amazing quality used F150 Ford pickup with lift there. The entire process was easy, with first class professionalism, and they truly cared about their consumer's needs. Not pushy, were very accomodating, and a breath of fresh air when it came to used car selling/purchasing.

I’m always leery of used car lots, but the guys at Elias Motors are solid people. The van I bought was just as advertised, no problems since. They even helped me get some windows too. I will definitely buy from them again.

Drove one hour just to have the vehicle I had just called about and was still on craigslist be picked up by the owner. Bait and switch scam.

Unprofessional and shady business. My partner and I agreed to buy a van that needed some basic repairs such as a seatbelt before we could drive it away, and were told it would be ready by the next morning. "Don't worry, I'll treat this car like I'm driving it away myself," the salesman said. We even offered to pay cash up front before it was ready. The next day, we called before coming, and were told that the van was ready. When we arrived at the appointed time, the salesman was "out at lunch", and the repairs were not done. A seatbelt had been installed but it was the wrong kind and did not fit into the clasp, and none of the other repairs had been addressed. We live an hour train ride each way from this place and it was seriously disrespectful of our time to say the van would be ready, when it was not, especially after we called ahead to confirm. We left without the van and bought from another dealer nearby. Don't bother wasting your time with this business; they're sloppy and untrustworthy.

I forgot to make a Yelp review when I bought my van in 2017 but I assume it's probably still the same people because the people that we're working there had been working there for quite a few years before me buying my van so I assume they're probably still working there. I sought in another review that they had to vicious dogs LOL technically they look pretty vicious but they're all bark and no bite or maybe I just have a way with dogs I don't know but they were lover boys to me they barked quite a bit at first and then they were just all about getting petted and playing with me, (I love big dogs) As far as their selection of vehicles well it's a small dealership if you're going there you probably already know what you want and have already searched it online, that's what I did. I was looking for a used transit connect they had several all of them had pretty low mileage as far as a transit goes I think mine had 87,000 Got it for 11,000 I paid 10 K upfront and financed the rest. They were totally cool with a cosigner. And a lot of people complain that they aren't super nice and fake happy towards you I actually respect that I don't need no b******* I'm here by car I wouldn't be here if I didn't wanna buy one don't kiss my a** give it to me straight. And that's exactly what they do. The only thing I would say I would like for them to do better is if they would offer minor parts repair door locks gas caps tires fluid change you know the minor stuff , The type of stuff that they do for their vehicles before they sell them I would love to come back to them just for them to straighten things up on my vehicle. But if you're not looking to get your a** kissed and you just want a good vehicle at a decent price you found the right place. If you want your a** kissed you better go to one of those big-name dealerships.

Elias Motors was not the best situation. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. No hello, let us know if you need anything, what can I get ya, nothing. Zilch. Nada. The salesmen were sitting outside talking, relaxing, and completely into their own world. Even with the lack of acknowledgement and poor customer service, no worries, my friend and I know how to look around for ourselves; however, there was an issue: there were no freaking price tags on the windows that advertised how much the cars were. This left a very bitter taste in our moths. I do not enjoying haggling and that's what this atmosphere bred. I asked one guy about a price, and he starting doing too much. He started thinking, scratching his head, and needed to speak with management. This made things feel no integral and wasted our time. Who has time for one to check with the manager about a price for every car one's interested in? A mess! That was highly annoying and made us feel that we couldn't browse for ourselves and make our own decisions. We were pigeon-held to converse with a salesmen. That sucks! Plus, the cars weren't nice and there weren't many to choose from. That was an entire turn off. I will never be back nor recommend. Just saying...

Everything was fine up to a year later when i wanted to trade in the car i was told the car had an accident on the car fax i was sold the car with a report that had no accidents on it car fax that said the car was clear of accidents and the BMW dealership tells me that a year prior to my purchase there was a record on the Carfax of damage to the front end the cars value because of this in no where near what the purchase should have been cant do anything about it now i bought it

These people have 2 giant ferocious dogs that they don't know how to control. Both of them came out and were about to bite my small puppy. Very unprofessional.
