I have to saw I've had my moments with some of the salesmen that have been assigned to my account . ( I have not seen a salesman in a least 5 years ) boy do I miss the great Anthony Zito best salesman I have ever had ! We have been buying from bradley since they started selling Wilson art laminate . If it wasn't for the above and beyond service I receive from there best inside salesman Bryan Tummons I would buy a lot less. I have seen a lot of changes from the top down . A lot of new people and that's a good thing . The thing I find the most amazing are the people who come into will call looking for 1 hinge TYING UP THE COUNTER FOR THOSES OF US WHO CALLED IN A ORDER . I don't know how many times I've helped people looking for something trade related . I think there should be 2 separate will call people one for accounts and one for good luck finding it. Maria at will call is AWSOME she is a hard working woman that does everything she can for the customer and always very nice . I know there is a new branch manager we have spoke a few times . Seems to be very involved In trying to work out some of the problems. That's my 2 cents worth after all .......laminate specialist since 1965 !

Very bad customer service. Do not offer a window of time for delivery either. You just have to wait all day until they get there. No care for your time at all. I called to ask when my delivery would arrive and was told that the driver was not answering either of his phones? She said "I don't know what to tell you". Great service EB : ((

This is a great place to get the hardware you need as a cabinet builder. They have a great selection of flooring, quartz, sheet formica, and cupboard convenience items. I come for drawer slides, hinges, and pulls mostly. Their prices are good, and the staff are knowledgable and helpful.

We are Cabinet manufacturer in California , I used to order from other company , after the IWF Show Atlanta GA, I decided to order panel and accessory from E.B. Bradley Co. Because they have most complete accessory and Panels , plus a good service .

I think I've cooled down enough to write this. I'll start by saying I am in the industry of fabricating metal and wood goods but don't do much lamination. So i called these guys since a friend referred them to me. The lady on the phone was very nice and said I could drive down there and someone would not only show me the materials but answer any questions. Great! So I drive down and enter West Coast laminate. They send me to the EB bradley will call. After watching 5 other people deal with a similar issue of not having an account I was told to go back to West Coast and open an account. There were 2 secretaries and neither were very eager to fill this out. I felt very abnormal walking in here and being the 1 person ever in history to walk in with a question! After a little bitching they opened an account. but I had a question about the best glue to use. No one knew anything there. I had to call headquarters in a different state to get some advice. but then they said that product was not offered in CA. They tried calling a few managers and nothing really came of it. At the end of the day I just wanted to buy a few sheets of laminate and some glue. it took me almost exactly 2 hours. No one knew anything about the products there. By the time I paid for the stuff and went to will call, the lady that finally decided to acknowledge my existence took my order sheet and disappeared. After about 20 minutes I asked if anyone else knew if she was still working on my order. They came back and said she went to lunch! Let's just say I would not even think of going here unless you can order exactly what you need on the phone and have no questions about the products you're ordering.

This is a company that jacks-up the price much on so many of there products that it makes it hard to specify any of the products that they sell. I wish they were more like Butler Johnson or Louis and Co. They are also not good about getting back with you when you do call in a order.
