Dr. Amita Sharma is the best. She listens to you and offers the best care. Her staff especially Sara Chavez (NP) is so understanding and supportive. I would always trust them for my care and hurts. Thank you for everything you do!

This woman is horrible. She has no patience or compassion. My 90 year old client went in today and she was very rude and inconsiderate and rushed him out. Definitely reporting her!!!!

This place is horrible, very rude and unprofessional front desk. It's almost impossible to see Dr. Sharma who inherited the practice from Dr. Bindal. They keep trying to schedule me an appointment with the nurse practitioner. They also seem to charge $500 for any interaction and then my insurance adjusts.
They ordered labs for me, the results are posted to Brown & Toland Physicians site but no one looks at it and sends a message that your labs are okay or you need to see us urgently. They won't say anything until I get an appointment scheduled which is weeks out. This is not how medical practices work. Don't waste your time here.

I’ve had horrible experiences here back to back. I do not recommend this place at all. Completely unprofessional, they hang up the phone abruptly, cancel appointments or reschedule them on very short notice due to their own bad scheduling. This place lives up to its horrible reputation. If you care about your own well being, take your loved once elsewhere. Very rude staff I’m surprised how this place is still running its a shame

I saw this doctor years ago and am sometimes reminded at the cruelty I experienced during our appointment. Dr. Amita Sharma berated me throughout the appointment. It was rapid fire statements one after another, unwilling to let me get a word in. Frustrated she wouldn't take my very real and founded concerns seriously and rightfully upset at how I was being treated, I choked back tears as much as I could. But she had succeeded in breaking me down, and her response: "See, you are dealing with mental health issues". It was cruel what she did and I think it was intended to discredit me.For what purpose? So she wouldn't have to do her job? A power trip? I did not want her to see me cry, but I am not ashamed at having a human experience during what was a real physical health crisis. And boy, coming on here to see all the 1 stars and terrible reviews showing how poorly she treats her patients is not surprising. What an awful human.

Dont go here! I had an over the phone appointment to talk with dr sharma about blood work and my health, she didnt even bother to take the appointment and passed it down to one of her employees who then made the phone call very uncomfortable leaving the whole conversation up to me when they should be leading it and telling me information about my health etc. She did not answer the questions i had asked dr sharma during our previous appointment where we scheduled the blood work, my weight and white blood cell count which had been previously low as i had to go to the er and in which they informed me i should meet with my regular doctor and try to figure that out. Also in my experience with them, they only diagnose what they find would probably be easier than seeing what is actually wrong with their patient. I had gotten a severe concussion almost a year ago, when i went to the er they seen me & told me to again follow up with my regular doctor. I had already had these bad experiences with dr sharma and her staff, however due to the circumstances i didnt have time to set an appointment with a new doctor. Which wouldve taken longer to get because i would be a new patient and they wouldnt schedule for a couple weeks. I scheduled an appointment with dr sharma and made a list of all my issues i have had since said concussion, which included losing my sense of smell because of how hard i ended up hitting my head. Dr sharma then told me that “Its probably just covid, you should take a test.” She did not have any interest of finding out if no longer being able to smell was due to my concussion. Also!! they do not charge you on the spot, they like to wait until your bill is LARGE to make you pay and will with hold the payments for YEARS!!!! I am right now 6/11/23 being charged for appointments going back to 11/2020. I personally find this doctor her staff and the office to be VERY VERY unprofessional.

I finally got to see Dr. Sharma today for the first time after 5 months waiting. While she was pleasant, she was extremely direct, and considering this was my first ever visit, I felt underwhelmed by the lack of empathy that was forthcoming. I would suggest that her office staff should be much more coordinated, as the lack of interest was pretty obvious. Overall, I felt short changed with the whole experience. if the practice is willing to accept you ( or your insurance premium) then I would hope for a better experience. I hope I don't have to wait 5 months the next time I need an appointment.

I have been advised by someone on Dr Amita Sharma’s team to take my review down or legal actions against me will be taken. I have updated my review to reflect what I believe is accurate.Do not waste your time here with Dr Anita Sharma MD. My father has only met her ONCE since she has been his primary physician. ONLY over the phone and/or video. Never in person. For over 1 year! He is on dialysis and needs urgent care. She is unresponsive and does not seem to care for her patients. My father is a human being, he deserves proper care.

I've been going to Dr. Amita Sharma for 15 years. Dr. Sharma is a very good doctor, but her staff, especially Amberlee Montarella, is the worst person to talk to. I asked for a doctors letter for my work to have 3 days sick pay. She said I have to make an appointment in order to have a doctor's note. I feel better already before my appointment . Do not go here.
