I've been maintaining my Locket hair extensions with Destiny for a year now. She's quick and very reasonably priced. The thing that I love about her is that she truly cares about her clients. She notices when I trim, tone, and highlight my hair even when the people I live with don't. This trait really shined when I was replacing my hair extensions since they were worn out. I was debating if I should order the preblended hair packs or a brown and a platinum blonde pack. She suggested to just order the brown and the platinum blonde because the preblended was unpredictable and she knew I liked to color my hair. When I saw the packs in person, I was really regretting my choice. I thought no way can this platinum blonde blend with my hair. This was until she gave me the mirror to see the progress, and I was pleasantly surprised. She worked her magic as a blending/extension specialist and made it work! Her placement was just chef's The end result is what I've been wanting for years, but didn't know how. Love Destiny's work and 100% would recommend for any hair needs!

To be honest i just google what i was wanting i came across destiny and thought to give a call she answered my call i told her what i wanted but i told that i only can do saturdays so she booked me 2nd october that was cool..big surprise she call me september 10th that she have a slot open 2.30 pm september 11th.. went in as you know have to follow the precautions. she did my hair that was extentsion and ask her if she can trim my hair she did a great job and just wanted to thanks her for been so helpful and surely i will go back to her service Thanks you so much and god bless you keep up your great work

I have coming to see Destiny for the past two years and she is amazing-love her. I work in they medical profession and she is very accommodating and flexible. She is very professional and I would not anyone else work on my hair. She she followed shelter in place regulations and I am happy that she is once again open for business.

I booked my daughter's appointment over one month out for 12:30. Less than one week before the appointment, she changes it to 11:30 without asking if that was a convenient time. She does this often. Day of the appointment, I informed her I would be 15 minutes late. I would have been fine if she told me that she was going to cancel my daughter's appointment because of that, but instead she tried to negotiate rescheduling. When that wasn't feasible she told me to come. Five minutes later she texted me to say that my daughter's appointment, not mine, was cancelled for the specific reason that I'm a doctor and she didn't want to catch anything from her. This makes no sense. I hadn't even planned on entering her shop. Imagine how many clients work in or live with someone who works in the medical industry. She's known I'm a doctor, this wasn't news to her. Medical professionals are working so hard right now. If you are a nurse, doctor, tech, dentist or medical assistant- ask if she'll even see you before booking.

I talked to destiny on Friday and discussed what I was looking for and she directed me to go online to make an appointment. I went online and clicked on where they showed an opening I made an appointment for 1245 on Monday. At 12:05 I contacted destiny on the phone to confirm my appointment at 12:45. At that time destiny launched into -the appointment conflicted with another appointment. She insisted that she sent me an email stating this fact when in fact she did no such thing. I made the appointment online through Yelp I did not receive an email from her nor did I receive an email from the email that is associated with my Yelp account as I said earlier I did talk to destiny on Friday so she had my phone number if she chose to be professional enough to call me personally and reschedule. However this did not occur.
