I usually go to cricket in San Leandro with young maria , she didn't have the device we wanted and she directed us to this location the young lady Jessica was such a great help she helped my wife by upgrading her device and transferring all her data. My wife is full of questions and the young lady has incredible patience. Both stores San Leandro and this one have great customer service

I found myself stumbling at the Hesperian location mostly because I was running errands and needed to go to Cardenas. However, I’m so glad I did! The experience I had was above and beyond and I can honestly say it seems that cricket cares about customer service and their customers. The young lady was very attentive the minute I approached the counter and ask me If there’s anything she can help me with”. I asked about switching over from t-mobile and how much the line would be for 4 lines, the process it would be as well as the service. I was impressed by the knowledge she had, she literally answered every question, she explained how much it would be for 4 lines, the process of porting over the phones and even went above by presenting upgrades. I was skeptical since I’ve been with T-Mobil quite some time, but lately it’s been too many issues, but I can say it’s looking like I might make the switch solely on this young lady’s worth ethic and service. Definitely would come back to this location again even if it’s out the way for me a bit.
