i came in to buy some items, the store was closed early & there was a sign saying on lunch. it's 5pm & they close at 6 i was hoping i could pick up a few items real quick but i guess not.

We were in the middle of transaction when a lady showed up and started bossing around the employee... 2 items that I wanted to buy didn't have a bar code on them and the other lady very rudely informed me that I couldn't get the 2 items!!! Who was this "lady"???? And Why??? This Location Needs Atencion!!!! Because at the end of the day, I got mistreated And You Lost Revenue for the items that I was not Allowed to purchase!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolute worst customer service In the world. The girls working just say behind the register as I was asking for assistance. Went to alameda locations 3days ago and didn't experience such. I will travel to Alameda although I live in Hayward..

I used to love this CosmoProf. They used to have the sweetest workers who were always in great moods. Now, every time I have came in, there is this certain worker that just acts so annoyed by any question I act. Makes shopping here pretty awkward lol. Other than that, they have a great product selection and the store is always very clean and well stocked. But due to the horrible customer service, I drive a little further to go to the Fremont store to avoid that.

I bought a Chi spin and curl yesterday and it was defective. It also look like it's been used. I went back to the store the following day and they said they changed their policy. They said once you open the item, it's not refundable or exchangeable. The girl that work there did not mention to me about this new policy. They should have post something around the electrical items stating non refundable or exchangeable. I've been buying all my hair dryers and curler iron from them. Now I've learn my lesson. I told them I would never buy any electrical items from them again. I suggest you buy from Amazon in the future. That's what I would do. It's a good suggestion from me. The item was $89. I'm really disappointed.

This review is for Rena the manager I'm tired to deal with your rude a** I always try to avoid her she's a rude and very bossy. She always gets annoying when you try to ask her questions she also is super Sarcastic. From now on I will come in with someone else or I will record my visit I really think I been discriminated.
