The guy at the main counter (Jay? Ray?) is ALWAYS rude and has one of the most horrible customer service attitudes in history-- extremely unprofessional, snappy, and absolutely aggressive personality. He was even intensely rude to the lady in front of me, and was incredibly rude to me on even the most basic questions. He then proceeded to charge me excessively high for my prints (ALMOST DOUBLE THE AMOUNT!)-- and when I called him out on it, even mentioning that I had been there a few times in the past, he got angry and stormed off! I mean-- seriously, WHY IS HE ALWAYS BEING SO MISERABLE TO EVERYONE? If he is the owner, he must be trying to put himself out of business and will eventually run that shop into the ground-- the people and businesses of Hayward are EXTREMELY well knit and connected and great to one another, so this kind of behaviour has become increasingly disappointing. I'll be going to Office depot from now on.

Great customer service! Jay was very helpful with providing me the information I needed. With such short notice he was able to get me three great quality posters printed just in time for a wedding. I will definitely continue to use Copy Pacific for all my printing needs. THANK YOU!

Horrible. Just horrible Absolutely rude shaggy white haired man with beard and glasses. First this man tells me it's .25 per page to print. Then I send him 9 files which equals just 9 pages but once he saw that they are individual files, he changed the price, and when from original quote of $3-4 to over $10. Overpriced. Then I opted to get on a computer on my own to print but His computers don't even work to simply retrieve file attachments from my email in order to print. Kept downloading my file and wouldn't even open it. No way of printing if they don't open and I am pretty computer savvy and it just was no way. I told the man and he said he'll be there later to help. What?! I was the only damn customer in there. I didn't have time to wait for him so I said I'm leaving and he ends up charging over $3 for just one page I managed to print. Just one page. And I sat there for maybe only 3 minutes. Do not come here. I repeat do not. He is NO HELP. And a complete scammer to hustle your money. His computers don't even work!! And he is COMPLETELY DISHONEST. I was so upset I literally wanted to cry dealing with this man and his equipment.

The owner is very nasty, rude, and low down. He's very angry and aggressive. I only needed one page copied. It was .25 cents. I didn't have any change or cash. He got very upset when I handed him my debit card. He went back and forth with me. I ended up paying $3.00 for one page. And then he threw the receipt at me. I cussed his mean, miserable ass out! Don't do patronize this business. He needs to go out of business and I'm pretty sure he will. He has a very wicked spirit.

I needed a document notarized at the last minute and it was after 4pm already. The service was friendly, accomodating, and prompt. $15, cash only with a beautiful display of colored papers as a backdrop while I waited. I'd return here for my notary needs in the future.
