Ordered base rock and blue fines for the artificial grass, delivered on time and was 20% less than the store in Fremont. The lady on phone was professional unlike the experience I had else where.

Customer service is really great it's one of those places you kind of have to go to the store and talk to the people and see what you want. I would say the website can be updated to make it easily understandable for what you want.
