Called twice about Ford Transit van BEFORE we went saying we were driving from 30 minutes away. Then we get there for the owner to say we didn’t ask about the black Transit specifically EVEN THOUGH WE DID and he tried to get us to look at a salvage title one. THE TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC OF SLEAVY SALES PEOPLE and the Transit van he claim been sold, BUT STILL HAS IT ON HIS WEBSITE❗️

I came here to buy a car from Ben who I’ve known for many years now. He was completely transparent about everything from the start and got me 30% more for my trade in than the dealer offered. Overall, it was a great experience purchasing a vehicle here.

Very friendly staff! I went in to browse for a secondary vehicle. They were very helpful in letting me check out all that they had, and knew I was just looking for now. They didn't pressure me to drive off the lot in something that day. Because of their helpful nature I will be returning for our next purchase!

I usually buy my cars new. But, several years ago, I needed a commuter car. So, I thought I would go used this time. I'm not sure if I ever want to buy a used car again because of the terrible experience I had with Caspian Motors. I was buying a Toyota Camry. They had several to choose from. I picked on that I liked. I took it for a short test drive and then made an offer. I was talking with the sales person Frank who is the son of the owner and made a comment about what if I'm not happy with the car. Is there any way to return/exchange? He started getting all big baller on me at that point and said, "Look, I have a lot of cars. If you're not happy, come back and I'll swap it out with another." I felt more comfortable when he said he stands by his sales. I drove home and after a couple of days started noticing some wabbling. I called him up and told him I wanted to bring it back to show him the issues. I was concerned about it and when I asked if he could swap it out for another Camry like he had said, he immediately got defensive and his dad started yelling at him for making the comment. He started back tracking and seemed to be worried about the car as well. In the end, I made a few repairs and got the car fixed. My advice to him and his dad is learn how to deal with customers better and stick by your word. Don't write checks that you can't cash.

Found a great-looking car at a good price on Craigslist. Checked out Caspian's website; pretty low quality, and the Carfax link for the car we're interested in didn't work. We called to ask about the car and were told there was body damage that had been repaired, but it had a clean title (we *specifically* asked about a salvage title); wanting to verify, we asked to have the Carfax report emailed to us. When we finally read the report, we saw that the car had been totaled -- and therefore had a salvage title. Needless to say, we did not go check out the car. I don't really get it. Lying about the title status is hella shady (should be illegal!), but lying about it *and then sending evidence proving that you're lying* is mind-boggling. Shady and d**** avoid at all costs.
