I would recommend a purchase at Casa Viva. After looking for tile at multiple large retail businesses, my contractor recommend Casa Viva. Julieanna went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot on. I even bought my s-curved shower doors from her. Truly a wonderful experience.

Great service and price! Luis and Julianna are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and assisted us with the design for our bathroom remodel. My wife and I had been looking for tile for a few months before we came across Casa Viva. Going to numerous stores and show rooms had left me pretty frustrated with the whole tile selection process, but thankfully we found Giuliana at Casa Viva. Right off the bat, she was incredibly helpful and after about an hour with her, we had selected tile for two of our bathroom showers and our bathroom floors. She was very accommodating and even put up with our three-year-old daughter who obviously had no interest in helping us pick tile. We ended up with an Alaska grey herringbone mosaic tile made out of porcelain that we absolutely love. After our contractor completed the first bathroom renovation, we knew we were cutting it close with regards to the amount of tile we had left for the second bathroom. Giuliana was very helpful and communicative in arranging to have one box set aside just in case we needed it. Giuliana was simply amazing and we were very impressed with the customer service we received. This would be the first and last place that I would go to look for tile.

I am glad I stumbled into Casa Viva Concepts. They have a selected number of display products, but really the latest and greatest. It made our selection much easier vs roaming through isles and isles in a big store. Definitely recommend checking out their tile and backsplash collection. Juliana was very helpful and did not push us towards making a purchase. We eventually bought our backsplash from them and I love the final results. Thank you!

This past month we finally decided to pull the trigger and get new solid surface countertops. I knew that I had to visit Casa Viva for our backsplash. Now anytime I go into home decorators or big box stores with such a little order, I never expect service. Casa Viva surprised me in such a good way. I walked in during a busy spell, but Giuliana and Luis greeted me with warmth, even though there were customers there to make bigger purchases than me. Their tile is amazing! I couldn’t decide between a few and I was able to take home samples. They have porcelain, ceramic and any other tile you may want from all over the world. I settled on the most gorgeous porcelain tile from Italy and I can’t wait to put it up. They even had contractor recommendations if I didn’t feel equipped for the installation job. For only 30 sq’ of tile, I was bowled over by their service and quality. Please visit…you will make a friend along with gaining new knowledge and beautiful finishes for your home. I will have to post pictures when I finish!

Great service. We just did the entire floor and re-did a bathroom. We bought everything from Casa Viva (floors, tiles, shower door, fireplace stones, etc.). Giuliana was great. She is very knowledgeable. She helped us and kept us informed every step in the way. My contractor was also very impressed and mentioned how easy was to work with her when it was time to pickup the items. High quality products and all orders arrived on time. Outstanding experience. I absolutely love my blue Italian tiles! Not to mention the uniqueness of it. Totally transformed my powder room. Also, the ladies (Giuliana and Sonia)and gentleman (Luis) are super friendly and let u freely browse at the store. Special thanks to Giuliana for being so accommodating and attentive with my tile orders. They have lots of good quality tiles to choose from. I’ll definitely come back to do business with them:)

Great service. Giuliana was very courteous and patient with us. It took us long time to decide, but she gave us time, space and checked on us frequently. If you are looking for a great place to purchase stone and tile with a helpful staff and a beautiful selection, this is the place you want to go, I had no problem picking out what I wanted for my bathroom remodel. The owners are so nice, Giulanna(the owner) was a tremendous help and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the materials I needed for the job.
