Worst tire shop I have met. They working slow and add extra fee to your car. The worker here is rude. The manager is racist. Will NOT to visit here one more time.

Great Upfront Top Notch Service by Ben. He advises greatly and has great knowledge when it comes to tires. I did have him patch my Tesla Model Y Tires that was punctured and he did an amazing job with it. We always bring here our cars if we have tire problems.

They replaced my tire after a pothole popped it. They found an exact match for my tire, got it sent from a different shop and replaced it inside 2 hours. Reasonably priced too! Thanks!

I went there when I was worried I might have a flat. It turned out I didn't, and they put air in my tires without trying to sell me on a replacement tire I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty and will be back when I actually need a new tire!

When I tell you my tires were worn down, they were were worn down. I called various places to see if they had the tires I needed in stock and almost every place I called said they were back ordered or sold out. I remembered I used to go to Calderon tires in Union city and checked to see if they were in business still. 'Cause you know the pandemic closed a lot of businesses down. I called Sunday morning, Ben answered my call. They had the tires I needed in stock and the exact brand I was looking for. The price he gave me had me sold. I went and was in and out of there in 30 min tops. He inspected my tires and said how did you get by with these for so long? These tires served their purpose, but you definitely need new ones. Look you have a screw here too. I was so glad to have gone and get my tires swapped out. Thank you Ben!

Problem: 2002 540i steering wheel vibrates between 45-55 MPH.Analysis: Made an appointment to balance the tires as recommended by Hayward Alignment. Ben inspected the tires.Resolution: Ben was helpful in explaining that balancing the tires would not fix the problem. He noted that the tires were old and may explode due to the heat. He showed areas of tires cracking upon pinching. He recommended getting new tires. Purchased and installed 4 tires at a local warehouse store.Solution: Problem solved after installation of new tires. Appreciate Ben's honesty. No fee paid for his expertise. Highly recommended for his integrity.

Total rip off. I have been there twice and never going again. Would keep on racking up the price while work is being done and suddenly you’ll find yourself in a situation where you have to agree on giving him more money.

If I could, I would give them a big fat zero. Called before I came to ask how much to patch a tire and the guy said 25 bucks for common size wheels such as 17 inch. He asked what car and I said a Jeep Wrangler with a 17 inch wheel. When I got there the bigger guy (possibly manager/owner) saw my Jeep which is set up for camping/over landing said the cost will be 45. I reminded him that I just spoke to him over the phone and he quoted me 25. He said that's for common sized wheels. I said my wheel size is 17 inches. He said, well I am not going to injure my back for 25 bucks!!! I then responded and said, this is a terrible business practice and left. Stay far far away. This is an awful business. There was no one at this place when I came. Makes total sense, considering all other tire shops that I called were booked up all weekend. It all makes sense now.

Everyone here is so nice and fast! I got a nail in my tire that was beyond repair and ended up needing a brand new tire. They showed me a used tire in good condition that looked brand new! The price they told me was exactly what I paid. They finished everything in about 10 minutes! Definitely coming back.
