These guys can really help you with hard to find parts a lot of them might have to come in from another shop. But their stock is huge. They also have strong relationships with a lot of brands and order on your behalf. Open to the public and contractors. Call ahead for the best experience.

5 months ago i was there to replace a water heater under warranty....i have to buy a water heater and they promise the refund will be ready in 1 week.....that was April....7 months later im still waiting my refund..By the way 30 gallons water heater was more expensive here....home depot or lowes have $200 less....Very bad customer service, each person who attended me knew absolutely nothing about what was happening and each person gave me different information and here I am almost 8 months later I am still waiting for the refund of that water heater.....if you need a water heater avoid this place you find it much cheaper at the Home Depot or Lowe's
