Unfortunately our washing machine broke and I was going to have to go to a laundromat until we got a new washer. It's been many years since I had been to a public laundromat and I was not looking forward to it. A few weeks prior to our washer breaking, I had walked by Bright n' Clean and happen to notice how clean it was inside. Last week I went to Bright n' Clean to do my laundry and was impressed just how clean it was in there. There were a few people there doing their laundry and when I walked in, a couple of those people greeted me with a "Good Morning". Which never happens anywhere these days. So that was awesome. But then it got even more awesome when I met the owner, Susan, who was also there. Susan is a breath of fresh air. Her smile and positive attitude is contagious. She instantly made me feel like a new friend. Not being able to do laundry at home right now has been an inconvenience. However, this is now my 2nd week coming here and I feel comfortable and safe while I am here. Thank you, Susan, for providing such a nice place for the community to come to and do their laundry.

I am new to the area and this was the closest laundry to me. It was stated to have drop off service and I had to go back to class so I wanted to use this service. I arrived and there is no office that is open. The office was covered in paper when you walk in, and no staff to be found.

I didn't know that excellent laundromats existed!!! Front load, double load, triple load, max size machines wow!! Very efficient, my laundry came out better than at home... I was really surprised. Cleaning crew was there, I also saw a functioning bathroom. You will need 25 cents, there's an exchange machine on site. I recommend it.

Used to wash here all the time. Not sure what happened but the attendant here must of been having a bad day. I didn't bring my clothes in before grabbing change and basically started yelling at me in front of a crowd of people. I attempted to go grab my clothes and bring it back in to show him I didn't have any ill intentions. As I went to my car, I looked over my shoulder to see the attendant glaring out the window at me. Really freaked me out lol. I just took off and won't be coming back. Now that I'm reading previous reviews. I'm glad I made the decision to not come back here.

Just came in today to wash my cushion covers from my sectional. I haven't been in for awhile and the place was so clean. There was a lady working there who seriously did not stop cleaning the entire time I was there. After speaking with her; apparently her husband cleans there at night. There still is the assorted types of people here, but that is true of all laundry mats. I agree that the owner can appear like a jerk though. He seems to stand around and glare at his customers, usually from the door.

Change machine gave me a nickel instead of a quarter. I told the guy that watches over the store. He said it won't do that, i said it did. He then said next time I should make change at the store next door. What a dick! If you can't speak to customers properly maybe you should speak to them at all.

OWNER IS A JACK *** Went in there more than an hour before they close, this guy with his teeth missing comes up (seems to be the owner) and tells me to hurry up before I even start putting in my clothes. He told me 2 times (his English was so broken he had to repeat himself) he then has a problem with me sitting on the counter while I am watching TV with the dryer (I was trying to make sure I was done in time, no one was there and the counters wouldn't have an issue holding 155lbs.) I started to explain how uncomfortable it was that he id's telling his customer to hurry upwhen he walks in, and the guu goes into his office and white the door. He shouldn't have a business and the place is OVERSPRICED and in the ghetto.

Terrible service by the attendant. I came in with my friend (which is not from here, but from Europe) whose English is not very good, both read and spoken, and apparently my friend ended up putting a couple of non-quarter coins in the machine since he thought that the machines take all denominations. Then we got change, showed my friend how to complete the washing cycle and stepped out for a second to get something to drink from the store next door. Once we get back he approaches us in such a disrespectful way and starts scolding my friend and I ask whats going on. He then proceeds to say that he found the coins (nickels, dimes and pennies - about a total of five) and says that he prefers for us not to come here anymore. I then stated that my friend is as foreign as he is (Phillipino) and he then goes on a rant about how he can refuse service and so on. I then attempted to explain that it might have been a misunderstanding by my friend and then he apologizes to the attendant. Attendant then proceeds to start arguing with me and gets really loud and extremely rude. Never coming to this laundromat again. When I asked who the owner is to formally file a complaint against him. He then backs off from the argument.. Then comes back a minute later saying that he is the owner. And just stands there staring at us while I go outside and get the name of the stablishment to look it up online and try and get some more information. Whoever knows who the owner of this stablishment is please msg or reply to this review, since I really felt appalled by the way this individual attendant treated me and my friend.
