Bedrosians Hayward offers not just exceptional materials, but also an outstanding level of service. The staff and management, particularly Jessica, were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my home renovation project. Jessica went above and beyond to assist me, making a challenging, years-long process much more manageable. I’m truly grateful to have found a company with such exceptional customer service.

Always, great customer service, very respectful and knowledgeable front desk and warehouse staff.
No matter what time you go there the staff is always nice. So far, they had everything i need it.

Staff here doesn’t want to talk to us at all. They were chatting when we were there, we waited in front the front desk and wanted to ask them about the inventory. They saw us, but they didn’t stop talking until one of them picked up a phone call. Once the lady picked up the phone, the other lady immediately picked up her phone and tried to call somebody

Overall great experience with Bedrosians and the store- the tile (Cloe in white) is beautiful, there were no broken tiles in the boxes, good quality and one of not many tile store where you can return unopened boxes if you have some left over. After reading some negative comments (not in relation to Hayward store but overall Bedrosians customer service) I have to say my experience has been great.

I absolutely loved this store. Got our bathroom tiles from here on our contractor’s recommendation. The store was beautifully organized. Jonathan- helped me immensely in picking a tile. He let me take as many samples as I needed and answered all my questions patiently. I would say the prices are slightly expensive from what you see in floor and decor or Home Depot- but it does feel like a premium store with great selection and quality!

I like the tile selections and the showroom staff were pleasant and helpful. I gave 3 Stars because when my niece and baby went to pick up our order, the warehouse person, Jonathan, was so rude and condescending to her that she made a point of getting his name for this review. No excuse!

Love love love how my bathroom turned out! Thanks to Nancy! She was an amazing help with my vision and ordering all the tile. Every e-mail Question I had she was quick to respond and was very helpful. I used Calacatta oro polished porcelain tile for the shower with a crème grout (forgot name) and Clara white tile with bright white grout for the side walls. I used Calacatta oro matte for the floor in 4x6 . The trim was Clara white for the custom niche's and unglazed pebble in Bali white for the shower floor which feels amazing on the feet!! . All was at such a great price too! Thanks Nancy!!

Had exactly what I needed in stock when I visited last week (I called ahead to confirm). The employees that helped me (at the front desk and in the warehouse in back) were so kind and efficient!

Visited late morning on a Tuesday, was greeted when I walked in. I looked around, even though I went there planning to select a specific tile (which I did.) They have a few displays of backsplashes or shower walls and a large selection of samples. I went specifically for the Cloe tile (they have a display in white and grey.) When I was ready Nancy was super helpful in placing my order and they had it in stock so was able to immediately pick it up. Although I did not have to pay for shipping, there is an auto 6% surcharge, it was still faster than ordering online and just a tiny bit less expensive but not much. We have not installed the tile yet, but I was happy with my experience and would recommend.
