Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks! Highly recommended!

My car had scratches and foggy headlights and they were able to fix it and work on it as soon as they could and hardly took any time at all. Their prices are also great

I wish I could give Gagan more than 5 stars. He and his business provided me with the best experience from being very responsive, informative & accommodating. This would be the only place I'll be taking my car for collision repair if I need to.

My car front bumper was broken backing from my parking. I was extremely worried about the repairs as my car model has been discontinued, and the paint is not a standard paint. Got a reference from a friend for ASM auto, and they were super prompt. Asked for some photos of the damage and promptly asked me to visit the very next day. Next day, they diagnosed the problem, came up with a quicker fix (bolting on the bumper), and fixed the car on the same visit. I had not expected the same day fix, and to add to it the cost was lower than my deductible so I didn't have to claim my insurance which would have further increased my premium. Highly recommend ASM for all auto repairs and body works. People are super nice and reliable too.

I needed a rear side applique of a Prius that needed replacement and Gagan was quick to respond, order the part, and Peter changed it in a few minutes. Prompt service and quality work despite being a smaller issue. I highly recommend ASM.

Gagan is truly the best and a miracle worker. My family's been bringing all our cars to Gagan for years and he does an excellent job each time. He's knowledgeable, fast, and does a clean precise job - all while keeping his rates incredibly reasonable. I truly know I will never be overcharged and I will receive the best care for my car. Definitely recommend ASM to anyone looking for auto body repair work!

My son got into a fender bender. I inquired with a couple of good body shops I used previously but they were all booked out a month or so. I found ASM on Yelp and contacted Gagan. Overall, we are satisfied with the communication, response and quality of work. The only thing that concerns me is that the area is super busy and really tight. However, most areas around a body shop are similar and if anything happens to the car while waiting for parts It'll get taken care of.

I brought my car here for a bumper repair. The gentleman who took my service call was friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look at the damage and provided me with quick and timely service. I got my car back when a d as promised. His rates were reasonable, too. If I need another damage repair, I will definitely go here again. Thank you for taking care of me.

Kudos to @ASM @Gagan; my car was side swiped, Gagan and his team did a phenomenal job restoring the car back to OEM state. Great job with body work and paint, no panel gaps or color mismatch. Nice to have Gagan's pro team servicing the Bay Area. What a gem, ASM - keep up the great work ! 5 stars and more. Another customer for life.

Gagan is the BEST period. I took my Tesla to fix couple times for accident body damages. Every time I visit his shop he takes care of it as his problem. He takes care of everything including dealing with insurance, getting OEM parts etc. His auto body work is so fine can't notice the damage and when I get the car back after the repair it's always looks as good as new. Detailing and cleaning is SUPERB!!WONDERFUL customer service.

Gagan/ASM is a BLESSING in disguise! I've only had my car for less than 2 months and while it was parked, someone hit and ran. I called around for a few quotes, most were closed and so I left messages on a Saturday. Gagan answered my call, asked me to send him pictures and he asked me to bring the car in for a free of charge BUFF! Who does that these days!!! I will definitely pay it forward. He is super trustworthy and is NOT your average car salesman kind of mechanic. He explained to me that the trim is still In drivable condition and that it won't fall off- he even went as far as trying to find the part in his shop, but it wasn't the right fit. He placed an order for my car trim (showed me the price (the guy next door quoted me double). I will be back for that. He truly turned my outlook around on people these days! There are still good people out there and Gagan/ASM is the few left. I Will absolutely recommend ASM to my friends and family for sure!
