I have to say, this is the best auto shop and experience I have ever had with any car I've owned. My daughter had an accident in my car and took out the entire left side. She suggested this shop for repairs as they had done work on her car and she loved it. It took two weeks (which I expected) and when I picked up my car, it looked BRAND NEW again. Pasiano showed me all that was done and even went above and beyond to ensure it was all done right! It is great to come across an establishment that treats you as an individual and takes pride in the work that they do. Anything I have car related or anyone I come across looking for recommendations will be sent here as long as they are open. Being a woman, shops tend to try and take advantage of you. Not this place, everything was explained and not once did I feel my business wasn't appreciated. I want to personally thank Bay One for their hard work and pleasant experience, and a special thanks to Pasiano!

If I can give 10 stars I would! Bay One Collision is the best repair shop I've ever had to use! As with most situations requiring car repairs, I was so stressed out and the timing was really bad since it was around the holidays. Our 2017 Toyota Highlander driver side door was dented because to a hit and run. Our friends recommended us to try Bay One Collision and it was the best decision we've made! Pasiano and Aloha are very friendly and professional, they took great care of us. They both went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! The service and repair was so outstanding you'd never guess that I had been in an accident, our car looked brand new! I was blown away how fast they repaired our car. They also took the extra mile to deliver our car to our house earlier than the expected date of completion. I highly recommend them for any help with your vehicle and they will not disappoint! Special thanks to Pasiano and Aloha, you guys are so professional and caring, even went beyond what is expected with kindness. I'm so happy I went to Bay One Collision, I will never go anywhere else!

Anytime I have any issues with my car I go straight here. Pasiano takes real good care of my car. He makes sure I get the parts my car deserves and that everything is in great condition. He and his team work very fast and get you your car back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop to anyone

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Bay One Collision. Pas is an expert at what he does and he's great for advice on any car body issues. I've had a few minor and one major incident with my cars over the years and each time is completely nerve wrecking; it sends my anxiety through the roof. Usually, by the time I've dropped my car at Bay One and picked up a rental, I am always at ease. Pas ensures that the work will be done in a timely manner and at a great price, and I've yet to be dissatisfied. They check in with updates on the vehicle and work well with Insurance.

Very great auto body shop! 100% recommended. After a minor hit and run fender-bender my cars rear bumper was left with a nice size crack and huge abrasion. I informed my insurance lady who referred me to Bay One collision as a highly recommended choice for repair. FYI, this is not my first time visiting this establishment. This is my sisters go-to body shop when any inconvenience has happened to her car over the years, so I was very familiar. This shop is very professional! They are quick with repairs and very helpful to getting you back on the road. Pas the mechanic had already evaluated my damage two days prior to repair. When I dropped my car off I only waited one day and it was fixed! I was also offered a ride and chauffeured to the rental car place by a member of Bay One Collision which was very appreciated. They made a stressful situation not even worth mentioning. It was a pleasure getting my car fixed. I will be coming to them from now on.

I live in DiscoBay and this shop was highly recommended to me so I drove all the way to have my car repaired and it was so worth it! Pasiano is very nice and helpful and really took the time to Even drop me off and picked me up from the car rental place. Their service is exceptional and even cleaned and washed my car, so I will definitely come back to have have my car fixed here.

I called to get a free estimate on my car and he said ok come over. When I got there some guy look at my car and I guess he called the guy supposed to meet me. Then said if you want it in paper. Its 75 dollars I was like wow reallly. Wasted of my time and will never do business with them.

Pasiano from Bay One Collision was friendly, honest, flexible, polite, helpful and gave me a verbal quote on the spot. He worked directly with my insurance as well, which was great and got everything taken care of, financially speaking. He even had one of his staff members drop me off at the car rental place and Pasiano himself came and picked me up in my car, which looked absolutely beautiful. Pasiano and his team went over and beyond. They took out some small dents that may or may not have been from the keyed incident and even detailed the inside of my car (something I wanted to do before I took it in). My Acura MDX looks absolutely beautiful and I am so thankful that I took my car to Bay One Collision. I hope that I don't have to return anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely going back.

Wow! First and foremost, this is the first shop I've ever heard that does pick up( if your car is safe to drive) and return your vehicle after the repair at your place, FOR FREE!! The staff went above and beyond while my car is being fixed at their shop, I am updated of what is going on everyday. The owners Paciano and Aloha would do it themselves personally to keep me posted. They delivered my car on Thursday and saw my car today in our driveway when I got home and I couldn't be more happier, it looks like I just recently bought the car from the dealership. Thank you so much Bay One Collision!!

We got our car repaired recently some what 2 weeks ago during christmas time at Bay One Collision. It was a great service from Paciano and Aloha. Outstanding and awesome job well done from their team as well. Our car looks brand new after fixing our vehicle. It was so hard to trust anyone to have our car fix by someone else. We were very lucky to know people like Aloha and Paciano who we can trust especially it was our family car. They made it so convenient and very efficient on date of possibly be done. I highly recommend their business to someone who are looking a trustworthy, efficiency, quality and awesome auto collision service. Our expectations was beyond well achieved. Thank you very much!
