Love them! During Covid, they kept 6 feet & wore masks. Very friendly, and they give pricing up front. Knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions. I will only bring my cats here!

Came here after 2 years as my bubba needed his updated shots for grooming and hoteling.
Bought a house 2 years ago (an hour and a half away) but always worth the drive catching up with Dr. Cellu as she’s seen my almost 5 year old husky since he was born.
We trust no one else!!! ❤️?
Thank you Dr. Cellu and Melissa for always being so welcoming and helpful regardless!

I want thank the staff at Bay Cities. I brought my cat in for a checkup because he seemed to not behaving normal. He was constantly going to the litter box, trying to go potty, but nothing was there, he would go to the bath tub, and what little urine I saw, there was blood. I knew then it was most likely UT infection.
So I took him in immediately and he was examined. They did a urinalysis. There was infection, but fortunately no blockage. The doctor was honest with me, and was very nice. She gave him a antibiotic shot on first visit.
After the second day I was worried perhaps the shot was not enough or not working, so I requested another liquid antibiotic and within 2-3 days I noticed improvement and by a week, it appears the infection was over. My cat is drinking, eating, and going potty normally.
Big Kudos and many thanks to the vet doctor and the warm caring staff, and I (did not spend a small fortune)...I would use this vet again and i would recommend them to my friends.

My first time here since we just moved in the area and the hospital is just 3 mins away. The reviews are convincing so I decided to have my cat spayed and the process was unbelievably such a breeze!! I can pick her up by 12.30pm after dropping off at 8am. My cat came home like she hasn’t even left, well taken care off. It has been a very pleasant visit and I hope my cat will recover fast. The prices are also affordable compared to other vets I have asked around nearby. Will 100% take my other cat here for other vet needs too!! :)

"Blue" just got neutered & Dr. dahwan did an excellent job, it took two weeks for healing & recovery. Today she removed his stitches & Cone. He's a happy camper. The whole ordeal was painless and affordable. Just praying to Lord that she's doesn't retire anytime soon. I know she has been helping pets for over 20 years, putting in long hours & six days a week( she just switched to 5 days working week, well deserved & earned). I'm not compensated or paid by this clinic but like I said in 20 years all my 5 dogs has been in her care & I love my dogs and I want the best food, care & Vet for them and she is it .

I have taken my first 3 dogs since 2008, this clinic & Doctor Dhawan is a God send. She's very compassionate towards animals as well as humans, she has a heart of gold. She always have best interests of animals & at the same rate give the pets owner viable & affordable options to help their pets health issues & concerns.Now I have 2 dogs one is 4 years old & other is 6 months & she is their primary doctor thru thick and thin.Fees are very reasonable & affordable. My family & friends also have switched from other veterinarian to Dr Dahwan.I highly recommend Bay cities animal hospital & all their care & services.P.s. I'm a paying customer & this is my personal opinion & experience for past 15 years of dealing with this clinic & Dr. Dahwan.
