Went to Bay Area Furniture in need of a couch. My house was completely empty and no where to sit with my family. Jon was generous to offer delivery within the hour. It's typically not common to buy a couch and have it delivered within an hour but the gesture and offer speaks volume that he cared about his customer service. I would recommend shopping at Bay Area Furniture. They definitely earned my buisness!

I had a great experience here after having a horrible experience buying furniture at Ashley furniture. The prices at this place are super reasonably priced, never felt rushed or pressured, and Mark managed to have the delivery guys come the next day! They came in the time promised and they were efficient. I will definitely be back if I ever need more furniture.

The staff have deep knowledge of styles old and new. The office space is conveniently staged as bedrooms. If you don't see what you want, flip through the many catalogues or ask the staff who seem to have the catalogue memorized. They recommended a piece that was exactly what I was looking for!

We had a very good experience here with our livingroom sofa set. We had a tight budget and big dreams! We were able to get exactly what we wanted fRom the set without breaking the bank. I continue to refer friends and family to this place because they were honest, helpful and genuinely good people. I appreciate all of the help they gave us.

Updated review after receiving & having furniture delivered. Our three piece sectional was promptly delivered as communicated. The movers were friendly and were impressively fast and efficient and putting together the sectional without any damaging. After seeing the beautiful sectional in our home, we realized we underestimated how much space we had and wanted to return. We went back to Bay Area Patio and found a different sofa we liked instead, and Samuel and Mark were gracious in scheduling a pickup of the sectional and allowing us to exchange it for a different couch.

Super friendly staff, efficient and kind movers, incredible value. They move for free, and you pay exactly what the price tag says. There's no beating these deals. We started our furniture shopping here, and after exploring 5-6 other stores, we still ended up purchasing our couch here!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Bay Area Patio and Mattress. They were helpful, professional and got my items delivered in very little time. Sam helped me try out all the different items and had helpful advice. I would have thought my trip to shop for patio furniture would result in such an easy experience but wow that was great! thanks guys

Look no further. You NEED to come down and check this place out! Samuel is down to earth, helpful and very accommodating. He will work with your budget and go beyond to get the most for your money. This place has the works; from mattresses, bed sets, couches, sectionals and outdoor furniture. About to move into my new place soon and can't wait to furnish it now that I know we have a great place to shop in! You won't regret coming in. Look for Samuel!

We received excellent service from Samuel Kim. We are really satisfied with the couch and table set we bought and appreciate the free delivery. Other places such as Living Spaces or Macy's are overpriced compared to here, the prices here are unbeatable.
