Why have they been closed? Just called, and they are closed today and tomorrow. I needed to do some banking there not another branch. Deposit box is there. Monday i am taking my banking some place else. Third time this yr they have been closed all week!

Get masks to give patrons if you are going to require them to enter. The security guard here told me " I'm supposed to have my own" When I asked him for a mask. This mandate just went BACK into effect today... they are going to be getting a lot of patrons coming into their establishment with no mask/assuming they don't need one like myself. I was unable to do the business that I needed to do today because I did not have my own mask and they did not have one to provide me. Totally unprofessional that NO ONE there could provide me a mask. I'm not an anti masker but I am anti bad business. This is now the second bank of the west location I will NEVER return to ( the first is in Pittsburg and they handled some debit fraud terribly)I think it's about time I cancel my accounts here.

Worse bank ever. They list my $110,000.00. My accounts empty and they have no idea where they send my check. I'm a disabled man with no leg. They lost my $110,000.00 and now managers threatening me that if I walk into branch to try and get my money, they will call the cops on me. So this is a bank they takes your money, then looses it and tells you if you come here we will call the cops. Where is the law and justice. Someone in this bank should go to jail for my money. But what do I do now? I'm out $110,000 and bank of the west is threatening to put me in jail instead of giving me my money. Is there anyone out there that can get me justice please?

COURTNEY SMITH at the Bank of the West branch at 1058 B st in Hayward is a VERY, VERY rude, unprofessional, lazy, ridiculous liar who lacks the ability to communicate. She has NO IDEA how to do her job and I constantly had to correct the information she was submitting on my behalf. I called the branch to speak with her and she refused to come to the phone until 10-15 mins later. When she came to the phone she was VERY abrasive and rude with no absolutely customer service skills. She said to me "What do you want?!". I waited for her to call me on 2/22 regarding fraud on my back account (where I am the victim) but she never called me (even though she said she would). I ended up calling her at 3:15pm that day and she said she would call me back before closing that day but of course she didn't but she had her assistant call me at 4:30pm. I've been a Bank of the West customer for 20 years and the way she treated me, I will DEFINITELY be closing my account ASAP. Bank of the West is a terribly run, unprofessional bank that doesn't care about customers (when there has been fraud activity on your account with them 3 times). I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy. The bank and all of its employees truly SUCK!

Rude No Lines thats the only good thing. A Bank Teller Broke Several Privacy Act Laws. For Local Checks they sometimes take 2 weeks to clear with money in the account to cover it. They Even Sent Me a Letter that was a lie which would be a Lawyers wet dream for a Class Action Lawsuit.

Every time I come in here there is never hardly a line. I love it! Sometimes it happens but it's very rare for me. The manager is really nice every time I walk through the door. I just love the friendliness of the staff.

This place allows $5.00 increments. And don't charge for EBT withdrawals(for those that it matters to).
