If I could leave a 0 I would. The manager sends an employee to help out in the line but starts helping customers at the end of the line , when she should start at the beginning of the line. There are a few elderly customers in line and when I express that she should start helping people in the front of the line, the manager jumps on me and says, “ thanks you for your feedback”! Really? Then after a customer and I start talking about it, the manager comes back and apologizes. So unprofessional. This is the worse BofA location. It’s very busy with only 2 tellers. What a shame!

Prior to visiting this location I visited the Castro Valley branch with no appointment and they did not allow walk ins, thankfully this branch did and Kevin Leahy (sorry if I butchered the name) was very accommodating and friendly with some urgent matters I was having. Appreciate the help!

Opened a new bank account for son and his pin isn't working still. It's been a week this is the third time we have been back to try and get it fixed. Now we got to talk to someone she can't help us and told us to wait for a different person to assist. It's been 2 hours if waiting already. This place is horrible. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS..

Worst Bank of American branch by far. There is always a long line of people with only 1-2 tellers at most. The service manager is trying to avoid helping customer with question at all cost. He is just roaming around looking busy to avoid a long line of people in front of his desk. Never coming back to this bank!

My mother and I went to this bank at Monday morning.We had a simple request to add me to her account.Apon walking in I noticed no one was there to talk to. Despite four people sitting in the waiting area, told my mother to go take a seat and i'll wait for someone at the front desk . 12-15 later a Woman walks up and ask how can she help. I explained what I was there for for and she told me it would be await of 1.5 hours!!!!.Shocked that it would take so long I said no.She then told me I could make an appointment but it would 2 weeks out!!!.I declined collected my mother and left. Who has 1.5 (which really means 2 hrs) to wait for simple a request.

Don't bother to come here! Service sucks! Look like today is the end of the world that's they don't want to see customers. Managers are rude and racist!!!! It takes forever for them to move the line and it takes them a min to say " I don't know" and " we have the service"!!! So please do not stop by this location!!!!!! Don't waste you time and energy to talk with the people there.

Just went to this location and had a very good experience with a helpful teller Trin. She was polite and professional. She made sure all my needs were met. I also had a great chat with Gracelia, provided me with information about additional benefits with B of A. Thank you both!!
