This is the best Auto Zone in the Bay Area hands down!!!!! The customer service is top notch and the staff goes above and beyond for their customers.
Anthony was sooooooo amazing, nice and patient with me today; it’s just amazing how nice that young man was. He installed a battery into my vehicle and being that I neglected the vehicle there was a lot of rust on there and Anthony had a hard time getting the battery a loose but with will and determination he got the job done. Quick and fast.
Also, the manager Ceaser was AWESOME!!!! He took care of my purchase and made sure I got the best deal there was. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and Anthony and Ceaser really hit the mark and delivered!! And not to mention they were a little under staff and they still was making things happen with myself and the other customers. Knocking them out 1 by 1 they were making sure that the customers didn’t have to wait long.
Again, it’s hard to come by good customer service and if you want the best, please come to Auto Zone located in Hayward, CA. on Mission Street.

Good place to shop. They have a good price on mobile 1 high mileage for 35.99 with air filter and oil filter.

In my personal opinion it is very good because of the big parking lot. I also like how nice workers are there and how willingly they help people. So I think that this is a very good place to be in.

Last week I had to go to Auto Zone a few times for my SUV. My headlights blew out twice. I had someone there install them. Next day no lights. (Not his fault ) So I went back and the Mgr. Jennifer helped me. She replaced the lights herself. Girl Power!!!
Great service.

I had a battery that failed and was replaced within the warranty period. New battery lasted only 3 months, had to be replaced again. I thought I would have to pay a pro-rated amount, but they replaced it free, AND restarted the warranty period over again! I love it when a company will stand behind their products like that. Easy 5 stars!
