They always have long lines at check out here. I ordered online at 9am. By the end of the day, still hadn’t received notification that it was ready, so I called the store. Turns out it was ready but they forgot to mark it as complete. When I went to pick up I had to stand in the same line like everyone else. Then the clerk had to ask a colleague how to process my pick up order. Avoid this place and just go to O’Reily’s across the street.

JESSE OSCAR EDGAR VICTOR shout out to you guys. I came in feeling defeated and they helped me beyond accomplish my goal o.lm my project! Professional Prompt Knowledgeable I came in to do some work on my headlights. They weee cert professional to help me find the right equipment and tools. They even verified on my vehicle and helped me get my bulb out that was stuck to my connector. They are the nicest people on the planet! I would recommend and 10/10 will be returning for any car needs. Thank you guys x1,000,000,000. They also offer a nice military discount! Thank you for the bottom rod my heart.

My trips here are limited and nothing beyond $200. However, each visit has been smooth, staff are helpful and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or looked upon as a woman. It can be intimidating (tho their app is also great) so it's nice to know A trip to Hesperian led to me being given the wrong part to purchase. Jackson street took my items back no question and helped triple check that the part was appropriate for my car. Offered to help with install and though I didn't need it, I appreciated the gesture. The staff was apologetic for the issue though it wasn't their store/staff which was also nice. Minus 1 star because one of the staff (real young looking guy) was talking to a friend in the parking lot openly about doing something shady! haha What you do in your personal life is your business, just take it out of the business parking lot.

Staff kind but need telephone support. Need update inventory usage and available. Lack of this had to physically visit 3 stores/cities due to lack of stock accuracy. System showed in stock when wasn't. Very stressful and time consuming during urgent jobs replacing my radiator. Vehicle down due to time lost chasing inaccurate information but Staff emphatic. All stores showed have an direct line to all branches instead of holding 10 minutes like average consumers.
