“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”

Recently I damaged the engine splash guard which Mando was able to repair and found that one of my fuel line brackets was missing which he replaced. He's professional, courteous and explains what is wrong with your car.”

I went to several places in Hayward and San Leandro to get estimates and other places made me feel like they were trying to milk me for every dollar. Except for Daniel at Performance Paint & Towing, Daniel was honest and reasonable with what needed to be done. I dropped my car off and 3 days later I got it back as if there was nothing ever there! Pros: Great customer service Instant and reasonable estimate Fast and quality work Highly recommend Cons: Does not accept credit cards”

“Very affordably priced and seems to be a well-made set of headers for my 2008 Subaru Legacy GT. I bought them because I was having sealing issues at every single gasket on the factory manifold/cross pipe. The welds look great and it fit nicely, though it did need a little extra wrestling to get it to line up correctly with all of the manifold studs. It was also nice that they included the up-pipe hardware as well as the gaskets you need.My one complaint would be that one of the manifold gaskets had a product sticker on it that was kinda difficult to scratch off…The change in exhaust note is subtle (which I prefer) and it adds a nice little growl.Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would highly recommend!”

“Ordered a Pan hard kit during Covid times and waited 6 months ... it was painful but it was worth it. Called Mike to get the low down on the delays and I understand - the cars 55 years old I dont think a few extra weeks its going to hurt it. The kit is outstanding , Mike is a decent car guy and very genuine. Im pleased to have gone to Maier racing and even happier to have someone who knows these cars intimately only a phone call away. BEAR RV took the lead working with the insurance company to secure the parts/labor costs. The insurance company originally low balled the repair estimate by 50%, which I had no clue about. The shop took care of it without me lifting a finger. I was a bit nervous when the van was ready for my inspection. Well, I was beyond surprised of the quality of repair work that was put in.
