“Tri and Gus really helped us out and did an outstanding job! We unfortunately had multiple car issues over a short period of time. 1st was our new Hyundai Santa Fe. Our almost new car was hit in a Home Depot parking lot. Tri and Gus fixed her back up to look like new again! 2nd was a Volvo sedan we were selling for an elderly relative who had banged it up backing out of a gas station. Not only did the car have a big dent, but it also had bent part of the door frame. Gus fixed her up like new and we were able to sell the car quickly for him! 3rd was my baby... a convertible Mercedes. My car lost its driver side mirror while parked on the street in Montclair Village. Tri and Gus tracked down a used mirror, refinished it in the original color, and fit it back onto the car. This entailed complicated electronic pairing to get the mirror to work properly. They saved me tons of money not needing to buy a new part from Mercedes, and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this business! Excellent!!”

“I dropped off my car today at Reliance Auto Collision. I got into a minor self accident Saturday morning. I immediately starting googling auto body shops in Hayward. Reliance Auto Collision & Rental stood out to me based on all the positive reviews. I messaged them on yelp and they responded pretty quick for a Saturday! They were so nice that they offered to dispatch a tow truck to tow my car to their shop but didn't need a tow as my car was still drivable. Told them I will drop off the car on Monday. They even sent me a friendly text reminder Monday morning to confirm I was dropping off the car later that day. When I got there Elias and his brother were so helpful and informative. Elias which I believe is the owner of the body shop ordered me an Uber at no cost to take me to Enterprise to pick up my rental! Phenomenal customer service!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“Very affordably priced and seems to be a well-made set of headers for my 2008 Subaru Legacy GT. I bought them because I was having sealing issues at every single gasket on the factory manifold/cross pipe. The welds look great and it fit nicely, though it did need a little extra wrestling to get it to line up correctly with all of the manifold studs. It was also nice that they included the up-pipe hardware as well as the gaskets you need.My one complaint would be that one of the manifold gaskets had a product sticker on it that was kinda difficult to scratch off…The change in exhaust note is subtle (which I prefer) and it adds a nice little growl.Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would highly recommend!”

“The first time I went to AutoCraft was to have the tail lights on my Ford Escape replaced. Safi took a quick look,quoted a price and said he could have the parts in a day. I had already looked up pricing, and his cost was below what it would have cost me for parts alone. Next day he called and had the parts. Awesome service and a super nice person. The second time was to have my rear bumper fixed after being hit. Bingo, quote in hand, parts on order and now it's fixed. I would give him six stars if I could.”

“Fantastically smooth experience. An accident ruined my family ski trip. Mike made my car whole again within two weeks. Mike is Very professional, courteous and responsive. Accident happened on the weekend and Mike took the car in on the weekend while all other body shops I contacted couldn’t. Mike took care of all the insurance adjuster communication so I didn’t have to be distracted from work and family to take care of one more headache. With two weeks, the car was back shining again. Mike gave us one year warranty on the repair free of charge. When we found there’s some small problems with the operation, Mike took the car right back in based on my availability. He was so kind that he also gave me a ride home. The small problems were taken care of within two days. Mike even repainted a small section in the trunk that didn’t look perfect. Big thanks! “Clean shop, organized secure gated yard, clean reception area, professional appearance: Worth the wait for an appointment. They are busy for good reason: I came to Bear Collision from a referral of my RV mechanic. I had some body damage due to renting out my RV so I was a bit upset. Michael Gomez here at Bear walked me through the insurance process and what to expect. He was dead on with how it all worked and kept me from going insane with the process. He repaired my RV back to new and you can't tell anything was ever wrong. The door that was torn off works perfectly with no weird sticking spots when you open or close like I would have expected. The paint color matches the RV perfectly. You can't tell there was ever a problem. Michael went above and beyond to help me with another small issue that they usually don't address but since I was having trouble getting appointments to handle that at another shop he decided to help me out and take care of it himself. This RV is my super happy place and it was nice that Michael and the Team at Bear treated it like was their own happy place.”

“Abraham and the team at Palladium Auto Shop took care of me and my car. I was pleasantly surprised with how my repair turned out because in the past I have damaged my front bumper and grill and took it to some place in concord, CA and they did a poor job attaching the new bumper back on. Fast forward a couple years later I collide with another vehicle and had it fixed at Palladium and it was like I never even damaged my car, like ever! Thank you so much Palladium! Im going to refer my family and friends to you guys from now on. Also avoid General insurance at all cost, they work like snails. I filed a claim in July and barely getting it resolved before the new year.”
