We got a new range and vent hood from Appliance leader , servoce was exceptional , timely and team is very knowledgeable.Since it was a swap with a previous 18 year old range , I was a bit skeptical about how intense the work would be .Shawn was amazing he guided us through the whole process and in a day I have a new range and vent .Highly recommend!!!

I am so happy with my latest purchase from Appliance Leaders. Shawn was very helpful. I needed a washer and dryer that would fit a small space and Shawn and his guys helped me out perfectly. I have bought appliances from before and I will continue to. 5 stars!!

During the fall of 2020, we needed appliances for our kitchen remodel at our home in Marin. We found Appliance Leaders by doing an online search for the appliances we wanted (Dacor and Miele) as we prefer to support local businesses.Shawn and his team were very open, warm, and gracious; a welcomed experience especially during covid. Shawn was very honest and informative when responding to questions we had. He was fully engaged, and clearly understood our aesthetics and needs which made him effective when showing us different options. We felt at ease, took our time looking around (we brought our dog too!), and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately, we selected 4 Miele appliances, a Dacor hood and range, a Dacor freezer column, and a Dacor refrigerator column. We left feeling good about our purchase, and to date have had no issues whatsoever.Three years later, we are now remodeling our kitchen at our apartment in the City and immediately thought of Shawn! When we saw each other again (this time we brought our now 2 dogs!), it was like no time had passed! This time we purchased a Thermador refrigerator, Miele coffee machine, and Miele dishwasher.Appliances are an expensive commitment, and I cannot think of a more better person for guidance and expertise than Shawn. Not only does he provide a level of personal service you will not find anywhere else, we trust Shawn like family and in fact, consider him family! We are happy to, and will continue to support Appliance Leaders!

We do a lot of fix and flips and this is our one stop shop for all our appliance needs. Shawn has great prices and ton of inventory to pick from. I have been coming here for a few years now and always a great experience.

We just purchased a house in Castro Valley and decided to remodel our kitchen and we got referred to Appliance Leaders by one of our friends that has purchased appliances from them before and he said they have great prices and inventory. We called and made an appointment to go visit their showroom and my friend was correct they do have allot of inventory. Shawn and Anthony showed us around and we really liked the Miele Appliances.We purchased a full Miele kitchen and we couldn’t be happier for the decision we made. Thank you Appliance Leaders for everything.

What an amazing guy, who’s not only knowledgeable in all appliances but a great personality to deal with while shopping for our new home.This place was recommended to me by a dear friend and I can’t express how easy and seamless the entire process was. Shawn provided us with information as well as answered all our questions on the spot. These guys are awesome! I first purchased a washer/dryer combo from them and got a sweet deal. Came back a few months later for a dishwasher. Great experience both times and Shawn was able to give me a great price each time.
