This company is unreliable... I ordered a tow throw an insurance company at 8:50 AM. At 10:25 this company called and said they would be here in an hour over hours later.. this company was a non show and didn't answer the phone for me or the insurance company...I stayed for 4 hours so I would be here for the tow. This company is garbage. Straight up trash. .. don't use them... if you see this company tell your insurance company to find another one.

I'm not an angry person who got their car towed from this company. I actually would constantly recommend this tow company in the past but as a former loyal customer this tow company has really turned for the worst. I own 3 properties and these guys do their job only when it's convenient for them and charge astronomical high pricesseven when you give them tons of business. I've looked into their operation and actually file a formal commercial audit with the state to ensure EVERYTHING from their license to their drivers licensing including all their trucks , insurance etc is all up to date and legit . I've had many clients call me sayi m g nothing but horrible things about this All Day Towing they are unprofessional, rude and damage cars and attempt to blame the customers. I found out another of behind the scenes illegal matters they are committing from a former employee.

Ok. So I did get my car towed by this company but believe or not that wasn't that bad. I woman (or dispatcher) was very nice to deal with she even took like 20% off the fees. But after I retrieved my car the same day a few hours later, I noticed a dent on my rear side fender. I took photos and compared it with the photos their driver took and in his photos their was no dent. I called the dispatcher she apologized. She said since the company owns a few body shops it would not be an issue to fix it. So when I would try to set something up for me to bring in my car she was either really busy or not there. Then she conveniently contracted co-vid and that was the last I heard from her. This establishment "Allday Towing" is wack and if they do tow your vehicle please check it for damages before you drive out of the tow yard. ✌?Service: Car towing

I was told that the driver would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes to remove a car from a reserved parking spot but nobody ever showed up and they stopped answering the phones. Needless to say they did not return any messages either.Service: Car towing

Their Initial ETA was 80min so I went to the gym thinking I had atleast an hour to work out. 10min into my workout he called saying he is 10-15 min away. I left the gym rushing. He didn’t show up in 10-15 as he said he would. It’s been 40min I’m still waiting. Very unprofessional and unreliable I could’ve been using my time as planned but they are very inconsiderate. Will personally never use them. It was only a free towing from Mercedes. Let’s see how much longer I have to wait without even answering my call or giving me a courtesy call that their ETA has changed.Service: Car towing
