This place deserves transparent reviews although it won’t do much to change the service. This sort of business will operate as long as there is the demand. The customer service is awful and not trustworthy.

Horrible customer service I had my pass and they still towed it and charge me $490. I will be suing this company. Trust me, I can make y’all go out of business
