I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Alex’s Flower Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite placing a last-minute order, the flowers were delivered promptly.What truly stood out was the personal touch from the owner. Not only did she call me to confirm my order, but she also took the time to discuss my preferences, ensuring that everything was tailored to my liking. Even more important, what I received was exactly what I saw and ordered on the website.Supporting small, minority-run businesses like Alex’s Flower Shop is something I wholeheartedly endorse. I will definitely co to them next time I need flowers.

I placed an order with this flower shop 5 days ago and got charged the same day and I just received and email from them canceling my order, saying that they dont have the flower I ordered in stock anymore... the very same day? Why not letting me know atlease 24 hours in advance. That's so unprofessional. You guys messed up my order last year and now this. Shame on you! Thanks. This will be the last time I dare to use your services. People out there be aware of this flower shop. They are a scam!!

The shop honestly needs to be closed down and they need to find somewhere that doesn't involve dealing with actual humans. This is the worst business I have ever encountered. I take full responsibility in not looking at Yelp for reviews on this place- lesson learned. Only picked them based on google searching closest flower shop to this specific funeral home. Now, I can understand that mistakes happen- but the reaction and conflict resolution from this business is beyond outrageous.

Awful customer service. Flowers didn't get delivered on correct date. Showed up next day complaining they are too busy. I'd avoid if you need delivery on a specific date. Absolutely no customer service, never called to say delivery couldn't be made on date paid for and expected. Being busy these days is a blessing. They are too busy to take into consideration the importance your order could be. Will never return nor refer to this business.

Terrible and frustrating experience!! I called @12 PM and asked to place an order for 1:30 PM pickup for sunflowers. The lady on the phone was unprofessional. Not to mention when I arrived to pick up the flowers, which was for my wife’s birthday, they closed....EARLY!!! But by seeing the reviews, it’s probably good I didn’t receive the bouquet. Sounds like this place needs to close or be revamped.

Needed to order some flowers on kind of short notice. Found Alex's flower shop on line. Ordered my flowers late Sunday night. They were delivered the next day (Monday) before noon. My friend loved the flowers! FYI - web site was so easy to navigate. I like how it gave pricing options. On impulse, I also added a small teddy bear to my order. It was a very big hit with my friend!

Just received a "bouquet" for a gift, have never gotten an uglier arrangement. Terrible put together and dead flowers in it.
Called and complained and would do nothing for me.
Very unsatisfied.

Flowers were delivered late and died within 3 days. Disappointed. I wouldn't recommend to use shop for special occasion such as Mother's Day.

The owner of this place treats their employees incredibly wrong, yells, makes them feel bad. She doesn't care about the flower arrangements or what people pays for, she just wants to get everything out fast, by noon. she wants her employees to be done with everything fast so that she doesn't has to pay them more than part time hours. The first review on here that says Exelent service Is from the owner. She only cares about the money that comes in bit not about customer service or about sending the right items. I feel terribly sorry for the people who have to deal with her on a every day basis.
