I was in need of a new double oven and Joseph Aguilera was very helpful in helping me decide what I needed. My daughter, who had accompanied me, and I both agreed he was very nice and great to work with. He showed me the options I had and answered all my questions which helped me make my decision. I appreciated all his input and would be glad to work with him again if I'm ever in need of a new appliance.

This was my first time purchasing from AA. I was anxious and nervous. But the person that helped me was awesome and made it so easy! I was in an out before I knew it. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. I plan on purchasing again! Very good Airport Appliance!

Airport Home came though. After driving from southern California specifically to have a refrigerator delivered by a big box store they texted me that the fridge would not be coming and had to be reordered. I contacted Airport and had one delivered 2 days later (my choice)...Excellent communications throughout..on-time delivery.

Bought washer and dryer 2 years ago with extended warranty. Had a warranty issue and warranty company denied saying it was not covered. Try to call the store customer service and said they were busy so I sent email. No response since. I used to believe in buying local but these people are no different then big box. We were sold warranty under false info and now no one wants to talk to us. Will do my best to speak lowly of this place anytime I have the chance. Thank you for taking my money and not resolving my issue. Much appreciated!

From order to delivery, Airport Home Appliance is a first-class experience. It was easy to search for just the right dishwasher-there was comprehensive information and a great range of choices. We were contacted WITHIN HOURS to schedule the delivery. The delivery team was early, efficient, informative and respectful. I will not forget this experience the next time that I need an appliance. My husband and I were very lucky to met Andy Lu at Airport Home Appliance in Hayward. Andy was very knowledgeable to answer our questions and help us to select the gas dryer. He provided detail explanations of each line items we needed for the installation. We ran into some challenges when the crew came for installation. Andy immediately provided great suggestions and rescheduled the new installation crew, even calling me back on the day he was off. Andy followed up to make sure all went well. I would definitely look for Andy for all my future appliances purchase. Thank you Andy!

We've been in search of a new refrigerator after experiencing issues with our expensive Samsung fridge, particularly with its ice maker and humidity control. Given the tendency of many appliances to last only a few years, we aimed for a Bosch due to its reputation for dependability and quality. However, the Bosch price point exceeded our budget.While exploring online options, we came across Airport Appliance, which was selling the same Bosch model at almost half the price, albeit with a blemish. Our initial online inquiry revealed that the condition of the fridges was unknown as they were factory-sealed. Frustrated, I decided to call for more information and had the pleasure of speaking with Dalia Munoz.Dalia was easy to talk to and patiently explained that the units were brand new and had imperfections straight from the factory. Opening the packaging to inspect the fridge would impact their ability to sell it as new. Despite the uncertainty, I decided to take the chance, and it turned out to be a worthwhile risk. The fridge is not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-built, meeting all our needs.Having now purchased both my stove and fridge from Airport Appliance, I can confidently say that I am satisfied with their products and service. Dalia's assistance made the process smoother, and I would happily consider buying from them again in the future.

Buy at your own risk. We bought a washer and dryer less then a year ago, and the Dryer has gone bad 3 times already. Worst of all the warranty you buy with it means nothing When the appliance goes bad they keep bouncing you from the appliance store to the warranty company. My dryer has been waiting for over two "Months", for "parts". When you contact the warranty company they show great concern over the phone, and promise a call back by a representative but IT NEVER HAPPENS. I have had to call them weekly and every time I get the same song and dance. My next step is to get the BBB evolved AND open up a law suit. First of All there appliances are TRASH. Secondly there Customer service is Garbage. Those high reviews are most likely there own employees writing fake reviews. I am a legit customer and I am telling you don't waste your money. You have been warned. Its ZERO stars but they make you put at least one.

Overall, we regret buying our dishwasher from Airport Home Appliance in Hayward. it seems like it was going to be cheaper to buy from them, but in the end the additional fees, rude customer service and cancelled delivery ended up costing us more.We had never purchased from them before, but the dishwasher we were looking at was a fair bit cheaper than from Home Depot and Lowe’s.The first red flags came after we had purchased online, and when we got a phone call from them explaining all of the limitations and what-if ‘s that might result in a higher charge or restocking fee, etc. We felt like we’ve already made the purchase and were going to try and see it through. Never have I made a purchase before where it felt like they were setting me up for a little list of ways in which they could charge me money in the future if I didn’t cross all of my t’s and dot all of my i’s according to their policies.They don’t give you any kind of window until the afternoon before the next day’s delivery. That is already difficult for people who work. Im a schoolteacher and so I have to takeoff a full day of work to be home for a delivery like that. Then, they called during the delivery window, on the day I took off, to let me know that they weren’t going to be delivering after all. This was after phone calls and text messages and emails that I had to confirm availability within one hour or be at risk for them canceling the delivery. Even then, after all of the planning and organization that went into making sure that we weren’t gonna be charged all of these additional fees and stuff that they warned us about, they simply canceled on us.Even that in itself was not that frustrating. I know that delivery issues happen and sometimes the company just can’t make it happen. No problem. What actually frustrated us was how indifferent the woman that we talk to on the phone was. She could not have cared less. WE had to reschedule for a different weekday - they were not willing to accommodate an afternoon or weekend in spite of them being the ones who canceled the delivery. So, I had to take another day off of work, because even then they wouldn’t be willing to give me any indication of whether it would be a morning delivery or an afternoon delivery so that I could only take a half-day off of work. I understand that they might not have done that as a standard policy but once you’ve already wasted a day of your clients PTO, I would hope that they could at least try to accommodate a little bit more. She was rude and basically just hung up on me when I was trying to explain to her that I already took an entire day off and it would be better if I could take only a halfday.We had prepaid for the drainage tube that was needed for our brand of dishwasher and we also paid the $50 fee to have them take away our old dishwasher. During installation, they said that they would need an additional extension hose for the drainage. That turned out to be a short, supply hose that you can buy for $8 at Lowe’s (we confirmed this), which they conveniently had in their van. They charged us $70 and we watch the guy hand connect it in less than two minutes. Keep in mind that they charged $50 to haul away our old dishwasher and … $70 to screw in a short hose?! In my opinion, they do this because it’s difficult for you to say no without canceling the entire installation. They’ve got the client over a barrel. They take advantage of you and the fact that they’re already there and they basically charge whatever they want.Be wary of buying from them also because of their warranty policies. If you do not contact them within 48 hours of installation with any issues, they could care less even if it’s a problem resulting from their installation. It’s basically “good luck to you and dealing with the manufacturer’s warranty” even if the problem was the result of their installation.All in all, I would say it’s not worth any money that you think you’re saving on the initial price tag if you factor in the up charges and all of the hassles and poor customer service.

Next day delivery listed on every Airport Appliance web page on in stock inventory ordered before 1pm is a farce. Received a confirmation/delivery schedule phone call from Customer Service Rep, Alkesh only to learn that the delivery on the appliance I ordered online wasn't going be delivered the next day as promised. Asked Alkesh for a discount for not following through on advertised promises but only got excuses and was denied. Not my first purchase from Airport but may be my last.

This review is on the online team that helped me with my order of my Frigidaire gas range. Airport Appliance was excellent with their communication from the beginning to the final items needed. My emails/texts were immediately answered. There was an issue with a missing burner knob due to a manufacturer problem, not Airport Home Appliance. Alkesh and team prompted expedited the order of the replacement knob and kept me in the loop both by email and text to make sure I knew the status. I am totally satisfied with the outcome.
