Bad experience, sold me a scratch n dent dishwasher then tried to charge more to get it replaced because it was the last they had in that model. Their return policy is not great, be super careful to inspect during delivery before installation! Two stars because they did end up giving me a small discount when I complained.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery and After-Sales Service
While the sales team and delivery handlers were initially great, they failed to remove the shipping bolts from my SpeedQueen dryer during setup, which caused serious issues with the machine. After running the first load, the dryer clanked loudly and jumped around, clearly unstable. I immediately called the same day to have someone return to fix the issue, I was told they would get ahold of the guys and they would return at end of shift, but no one called, came back, nor did anyone follow up the next day.
I’ve had to call daily, only to be told someone would call back or that it’s not their problem, despite the fact that the shipping bolts should have been removed at delivery once delivered and placed in laundry room. This has been handled very poorly, and it seems consistent with other reviews I’ve seen regarding their lack of after-sales support and client care.
Better post-purchase care is desperately needed here
Appliances are not a one-time purchase, and reputations are built on how issues are addressed after the sale as much as during. We all understand mistakes happen but how they are handled is key.
Based on this experience with their non responsibility on this issue which is absolutely ridiculous I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Went in to buy a freezer. Was in and out in 20 minutes. The salesman was great and funny. Going to be delivered next week.

Salesman Daniel did a fantastic job, upon delivery the driver was rude and scared to work....flooded my kitchen while he was on phone with his dispatch crying about moving the fridge 3 feet.
I would also like to ad, the operations manager Ida, has no place in management, she was rude and actually made problem worse! And take responsibility, because while I was there you blamed it on salesperson, now you are pointing fingers at delivery team, bottom line..... This is a very un-organized and poorly ran delivery system..... and managers that can't manage their own life have no business helping general public.
shot out to Andy for doing the manager's job and finding resolution to the refund......we are still dealing with the delivery company in regard to the flood in my house.
I offered valuable suggestions to Ida, but her ego was in the way!

In the past I’ve always gone to places like Home Depot for my appliance needs. But one day someone told me to try airport appliance. I’ve always heard about them and seen commercials but never patronized. It wasn’t until one day I needed a fridge and washer/dryer combo for my rental.
I ordered through their website. When the order arrived there was an issue with gas valve and a dent which both were rectified.
Yesterday I needed a dishwasher. I ordered online again and scheduled for Monday delivery. They are so professional and so organized. An associate called me to verify delivery info. They emailed and texted me confirmation. The ease of the whole process was wonderful and that’s what makes me a repeat customer. I also like to support local family owned businesses.

Thank you Airport appliance! My lousy 4 year old LG refrigerator on its second compressor died. I ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator on-line in the late evening, your staff called the next day to set-up delivery on a Saturday. Your staff was awesome and very helpful! The delivery guys were the nicest guys too! Loved the tracking app on the day of the delivery so I could be ready and get me dog secured in the bedroom when I knew you were down the street. Again thank you!

We purchased a dishwasher that was broken since installation. It has been 2 months and still no resolution. Airport appliance is blaming it on the manufacturer and won’t take responsibility for the broken dishwasher they sold us. Needless to say we wash our dishwasher by hand after spending $1300 with this company. Save yourself the headache and purchase from a reputable company that stands behind there word.

Expensive compared to best buy. Always check online before you visit them. Sometimes their prices are bit higher, compared to Best Buy or Lowes

I had a great experience at airport home appliance. My washer died and I needed a new one quickly since my dogs decided this week was puking week (long and chunky story). I walked in the store and was immediately helped by Joseph. We quickly were able to narrow down my selection because he knew so much about the products. I was able to get out of the store with delivery scheduled for the next day in less than 30 minutes.
Wide product selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient process. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company! The customer service is outstanding. The customer service person called me back numerous times to make sure I got exactly what I need in the easiest possible manner. When I pointed out Home Depot had the same product slightly cheaper, they matched the price! They have next day delivery which made my tenant very happy! Home Depot is such a nightmare but these folks gave personal attention to make sure I was 100% satisfied as I am!! Avoid HD and go with these guys!

They give you 48 hrs to report issues but when you do they take weeks to resolve the situation. Don't buy from them or G.E. products.
