Someone tried to steal my car and messed up a lot of it in the process, but Carlos assured me he could get it fixed and he did! He was attentive and caring from the beginning and helped me tremendously while my insurance was giving me a hard time. He stayed in contact with me through everything. He’s truly the best!!! I’ll definitely be back if I have any future car troubles because I know I’ll be in good hands.

I brought my 2015 challenger to get fixed here and Carlos is the best he as well showed me the parts that was taken off my car even gave me a good price to get my brakes and rotors replaced I recommend anyone to this shop thank you again Carlos I will see you soon

5 stars from the start. I called around 11am requesting a quote for an oil change. Carlos got back to me with a quote right away breaking down the cost. I was so impressed by the transparency that I decided to make an appointment. Carlos took care of me from the start and made me feel like a valued customer. I will recommend this local gem to all my Hayward folks. It is hard to trust some auto shops but this one is different. Please give Carlos a call if you need any auto work done.

Very great shop, and honest work. Carlos the main mechanic and owner followed through and made sure my vehicle was fixed and also made sure of any concerns I may have had. Would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a fair price and professional work. Carlos gave me a breakdown of what the work consist of and also what the out the door price was which was great to know that shops are still accountable and making it easy to trust a qualified mechanic.also Mike head of management was very easy and outgoing made it really easy to come in and set up appointment

Last Friday had my mom with me buying groceries. Pulled into parking lot on Jackson near sanra clara. Took ashar turnto park in a space down the isle. I misjudged
cement devider and turned front and rear of the car over the cement scraping the exhaust parts that scraped the ground as I parked the car in a space.
Trying to find a tow through my insurance listing 3 options first ithought better find a shop that car can be brought to. First two calls no help then Ccalled Advanced Auto &Tire Carlos Barragan anwered. I was concerned holiday weekend car full of groceries my 80 year mom with me.
.Carlos suggested get the car to this shop.
They can evaluate the problem. 5pm almost 6. Got to shop, Carlos graciously offered to get my mom and I home as he was picking up parts. Such a kind gesture.
Put a .mnimal amount down for for eval I had pictures and estimate within an hour got back to shop they ordered parts it was safe to drive car till parts arrived A week later I return first thing they fix my car New parts installed and the balance of the bill was exacyly what Carlos said it would be.This is the best service I have received and will bring my car back for any maintenance in the future. Carlos is very transparant with what they are doing and on top of communication. I am so happy to find such a great business and owner. Thank you Carlos.

If you want to pay a really high price for simple tune up, then come here. I got quoted for struts replacement, transmission fluid drain and refill, sway links replacement, oil change and 2 spark plugs replacement and brakes pads for nearly $7k. When I don't have them done, I have to fork out $155 for inspection. I saved $6k but getting all of them done at another shop.

They are awesome and honest people it is price worthy. Advance auto Repair and Tires guys are professionals focus on quality and time efficient work. I had good experience with them my car was completely broken.replaced 4 tires , wheel alignment and brakes ,A/C recharge and they set it up just in one day. And I recommend to my friends to visit this place.ask for Carlos great costumer service.
